I'll no longer pretend,
if you really cared,
if you really loved me,
you would pay attention.
I'm not smiling,
I'll show my real face.
When I look at my face,
reflecting in this mirror,
I just see my shattered soul.
Why should I pretend
that I'm enjoying it?
I'll no longer pretend,
if you really cared,
if you really loved me,
you would pay attention.
But you've never
seen my real self.
You only see what you want.
Would you like to see
the darkness in my soul?
I'll no longer pretend,
if you really cared,
if you really loved me,
you would pay attention.
