Through out Hetalia everyone has rivals. But in Philippines case is her rival is Taiwan, well Taiwan says Philippines is her rival. Due to Taiwan hating the Philippines is because of the closeness to Japan and Vietnam, and also being in the top 10 countries that Taiwan hates. She considers the Philippines rival because how jealous she is due to the Philippines having a status of a nation, and etc. But the Philippines doesn't mind at all and consider her a friend even though her challenges are really annoying.
