Chapter 3: Nico and Hermione's POV

I stare at Thalia in shock and blush alot. I didn't mean for her to actually hear that. It was a joke... right? I turn around and walk to the back of the group, my dark eyes glazed over with embarrassment. How stupid am I? She has to stay single. She's the lieutenant. But I wonder if there's any loop holes... STOP IT NICO. YOU DONT LIKE THALIA. Do I? No. I cant. I don't like anyone. But still... NO. STOP IT NICO! *mental facepalm* I walk over to Hazel and whisper to her.

"I didnt mean what I said to Thalia. " She looks at me and laughs loudly.

"Of course you didnt," she giggles again. Ugh. I dont like Thalia. Maybe my bed understands me better. But we have to go on a quest for Chiron. Ugh. WHY DOES MY BED UNDERSTAND ME BETTER THAN PEOPLE?! Whatever. I walk over to Chiron and he starts to tell us about our quest...

Hermione's POV

"HARRY I CANT BELIEVE IT WE ARE GETTING EXCHANGE STUDENTS FROM AMERICA!" I bounce around my dorm squealing. What is wrong with me? Just new people I guess. Headmistress McGonagall informed us yesterday that we will be having seven exchange students, but why seven? Oh well. Its time for dinner anyway. I make my way through the passageways with Harry on my left side and Ron on my other.

-"Honestly Ron, don't you ever think things through?" Harry was yelling at Ron about the new exchange students.

"What if there are girls?" Oh boy Harry. What has Cedric done to you? (Pretend Cedric and both the Weasley Twins are still alive)

"Ooohh. Now I get it." Wow he catches on slowly. He glances at me and blushes slightly. What was that all about? Whatever. We finally reach the Great Hall and take our seats at the table. Today is the day the new students arrive. We sit down at our table, me squished in between the Weasley Twins and Ginny.

"Sorry Hermione" Ginny says, as she bumps into me with her elbow.

"Its alright Ginny. I hope there are some more girls in the exchange students. I cant be around these fools all the time," I laugh and look at The Twins and Ron. Oh God, George has pudding on his forehead. How? Just how? Well they are the Weasley twins. Wait, there's no food on the table yet...

"Attention! Attention please!" Every head turns to McGonagall. She points to the door and the seven exchange students walk through the door, looking very, very confused.
