Two days ago my sister suddenly collapsed in the shopping mall and was immediately rushed to the Fortis hospital. Thanks to my CID Badge, formalities did not trouble us and the doctor got a look at Ayesha straightaway. I was sitting in the hospital lobby, an anticipation of the consequence increased my anxiety to a nail bitting suspense level. I was waiting for the doctor to come out of the ICU and tell me that my sister ,Ayesha was going to be fine. But good news had decided to move miles away from me that fateful day. The doctor came out and told me that Ayesha had a rare heart disease and she did not have more than 72 hours to live. I felt the world spinning around me, everything was getting blurred and I could not believe my ears. I sat down with a thud on the chair trying to cope up with the situation. The truth finally dawned on me, but I was desperate to save the apple of my eyes, my Ayesha. Things never go smoothly for me. Twist and turns are an everyday story. I was sent on an emergency mission to Patna. I stole a quick glance at Ayesha and promised myself to do everything that it took to make her normal again.
