This isn't really a headcanon but seriously it's perfect.
Annabeth doesn't get mad, he makes the choice he actually would've made according to the books, and none of the three girls get butt hurt.
He and Rachel never truly had anything romantic going on. He never liked her like that. He also never liked Thalia like that.
Calypso is confusing though. He said she'd always be his biggest what if. He really considered staying with her and it's great that they portrayed.
