This is also one of the only things that portrays Jason and Reyna's relationship. Things aren't ever going to go back to normal between them. It's just not possible because after that kind of betrayal or whatever you call it, things will always be a little rough.
Jason and Reyna do NOT hate each other, which is a common mistake in fanfictions and headcanons. It is the opposite.
Percy and Annabeth love each other. Everybody can see that, whether they like it or not. They're in love.
Jason loved Reyna as a friend and I believe he still does. Reyna actually had feelings for Jason. Whether or not it was love, I can never be sure. But I would go as far as to say that after the giant war, they both came to a mutual love for one another. But it is not romantic in the slightest. That is the canon material and that's what headcanons should be based off of. That's what fanfiction should be based off of but if it's a peculiar ship, you will have to stray away from canon material.
That's why in my stories, you will hopefully not see me break up Percy and Annabeth or Hazel and Frank. I know that it's not going to happen. I know that as much as I want it to, Jeyna is not happening because it breaks direct canon material.
