Layo kept on tossing and turning as she thought about what was going on with Stephanie; Stephanie was just looking like a zombie when she came into the room after the escapade with David and Michael.

Everybody was sprawled on their bed; some snoring away, others on one form of technology or the other.

She looked to her left and the first thing that hits her not so innocent eyes was Tito's boob's looking so perfect in her black bra. What sane human would sleep half naked in a room they shared with a guy? Layo thought.

But then again it's Tito...

She took my eyes off it but something pulled her back like lot's wife damn it to those round, perfect oranges on her chest. She suddenly flashed back to a song they used to sing in junior high school.

*I love your oranges cause they make me smile... I love your watermelons cause they make me smile...* And indeed they made her smile.

She was attracted to it for some reason that she couldn't quite decipher. She wasn't gay, no she wasn't sure if she was even straight either, she hadn't been involved in any sexual or romantic relationships. But at that moment, at that precious moment her palms itched to touch the school girls exposed chests.

She stood from her bed; legs shaking, knees buckling with her palms growing clammy but she had one goal, to get to those perfectly round oranges.

Taking one unsure step after the other, all the red, blue and yellow wires in her heart connected in a total frenzy making the organ beat loud enough to be heard in Australia.

She got to the side of Tito's bed eventually and as she stretched her wet palms laced with shaky fingers to touch the girl's chest, the door flew open.

She quickly moved backwards, unsure of what to do; her breath furiously unstable. She felt a bit dizzy and her sense of reasoning was clouded by the foreign desires she felt just a minute ago.

With the sound of a soft click, the light bulbs received life and they illuminated the five star room.

"Baby doll, why you still up?" David's smooth voice filled the room. His voice was a bit deep but very silky, smooth and effortless.

"Guy don't call me baby doll Shey I look like one of your babes ni?" She quickly moved back to her bed; she couldn't help but ponder over the fact that he might have seen her, he might have caught her trying to molest her senior in her sleep. She could've gotten suspended or even worse, expelled.

"Boys over books."

"Boys over books."

"Boys over books."
It rang in her head over and over again. Her mom made it clear to her that she was supposed to stay away from the male species totally but she was still on track right?

Na girl she kuku wan touch no be man.

"Why so defensive ehn? Abi you're on you period ni?" Men and or boys always believe that when a lady is cranky or upset, she was on her monthly flow and Layo found it quite absurd.

"Shut up guy, don't be stupid." She shot back at him, unable to hold back an eye roll.

"Aunty don't forget I'm still your senior." He replied her smugly, slipping his hands into his expensive black addidas joggers that went perfectly with his monochrome addidas slides.

"Well uncle," She replied sarcastically. "We ain't in school right now so get over yourself." She said, finding it hard to keep eye contact due to what he interrupted not quite long.

An awkward silence suddenly filled the room as both parties didn't know what to say anymore and all of a sudden, a quite deafening noise erupted from the far end near by the window side and both of them burst into laughter.

"Jesus see the way this one is sounding like an elephant trying to give birth to a bigger elephant." David said in between laughter.

"Ahn Ahn now free Stephanie she's probably tired or something." Layo defended her snoring friend as she tried to hold back another fit of laughter. The snoring increased and her funny bones couldn't help but crack. She clutched her belly, threw her head backwards as she laughed freely.

David suddenly grabbed her by the waist and pushed her out the door.

"Hace ode what's your problem?" She yelled as she freed herself from his loose grip.

"Aunty one the the girls were already waking up and I knew if we stayed you'll stop talking to me so soon."

She let out a huff. "And what are we supposed to be saying ojere?"

"We can talk about your sparkling eyes gorgeous." He said smoothly as he moved closer.

"Please if you like be as sweet as Oreo cookies , you're not swaying me off my feet so just forgerrit." She turned around to open the door but it didn't budge.

"Uncle give me your card, lemme open the door." She stretched her hand out but he didn't move. "David answer me joor."

"Wawu, this is the first time I'm hearing my name come out from those pretty, curvy lips." He cooed; his voice low and deeper than usual.

"Just gimme the key joors." She ignored his sultry comment and continued asking, her patience decreasing by the second.

"How bout this, let's take a walk round the hotel, we could go to the rock of inspiration or maybe the pool side or something sha." He asked calmly as his thin lips spread into a charming smile.

"Finnnneeee. Just cause I'm worried about Stephanie sha."

"Yeah, I heard she's sleeping around with some guys I don't know."

"Don't forget I caught you sleeping with Elizabeth on my own bed shaa." She said feeling a little disgusted as the cringed from that memory.

"I was in love with Eli ni o and we just went out of control because we've been apart for so long." He lied. He was so good at it, he did it so effortlessly like putting a spoon of delicious jollof rice into one's mouth.

"So you don't love her again now?" she asked as they got to the reception. The reception was far more brighter than the hallways and it was decorated with expensive but not chandeliers as well as art work from renowned painters and sculptors.

The automated doors sensed the presence of humans and it parted into two equal halves as they step on the brightly colored 'welcome' mat. "Yeah, I found out she's a slut. She sleeps with so many guys and what can I do?"

"Sorry o." She pretended like she didn't care but the real Layo was already cooking up the perfect gist to dish out to the girls the next morning. Maybe hanging out with him wouldn't be so bad afterall.

"Yeah." He let out a small laugh. He was so happy she was buying the story and he had the perfect alibi to run into her waiting arms.

As soon as they step out of the hotel, they are welcomed with the cold breeze which is the aftermath of the afternoon rain.

"The way rain as been falling these says ehn is as if Noah is building one ark somewhere o." Layo clutched her arms as she shivered from the cold. David noticed and he had the urge to give her a side hug but he kept it at bay.

"Hey I wanna tell you something." He stopped walking and got in front of her.
