(Hey guys! Even though I had eight view for this story I would like to say thanks! Y'all are the best and please do keep reading what I put out. Criticism is highly encouraged.)

With my mother's last words the white light that was her disappeared and my world went dark.

Only for a few minutes.

I came to my senses shortly afterward, the sounds of a battle still raging on around me as I got to my feet. The tears I was once crying was now just crystals on my cheeks. Licking my lips slowly I tried my best to wipe away the frozen specks. Once those specks were gone I looked around me trying to at least get a good view of who our attackers could be.

I was answered shortly afterward.

A short distance away I saw four forms walking towards. Their species was still unknown to me since at the exact moment, smoke from a nearby hut drifted into my eyes making them water. Blinking away the tears that once again swelled up in my eyes, I manage to wipe away them with the back of my hand as the smoke went away and the four forms were now visible.

Fuck! They were ( Panthera Tigris)white tigers! But, why were they attacking us? We were still paying the taxes. . . Unless this is a band of rogues.

That was probably it more then likely but still, regardless if they were the ones who we paid taxes too or just merely bandits, they needed to die. One of the tigers saw me and shouted something to its comrades which was probably funny to them because they all started to laugh as they headed towards me. Pulling out their swords as they closed the distance I saw something behind them, charging at them as if there was no tomorrow. "RAKEEM! RUN!" I heard from the running figure. It took a few seconds before the voice clicked in my head.

It's my fucking father! The idi...-

My thoughts were cut off as one of the tall towering figures before me turned around, pulled out his sword and hurled it at the running buck. You would think I was used to this by now since I've seen people brutally murdered in front of me and I've seen my own mother die before me, but this... This is different. As the buck ran towards the tiger, the sword which was hurtling at him met his stomach and pierced through and out to the other side. I watched, useless and scared of what I should do right at this moment.

The snow was now picking up but the sky was still pitch black as the tiger who through the sword laughed and walked towards the dead form of my father. "That was wonderful boys! This buck thought he could attack us! Pathetic... But rich." The murderer said as he peered at the form which was now below him and making the surrounding snow red. "He deserves a bastard warriors death I believe. I'll handle it." The tiger again said with a sickening chuckle as he removed his sword from the dead buck's belly, wiped the blood off in the snow and put it back into his scabbard.

From my position, I couldn't see much since he had his back towards me but with the help of the flames, I could see a thin stream of liquid come from between the tiger legs. Is he. . ? He is pissing on my father!  My mind screamed at me to do something at this act of defilement of my father's body. Grinding my teeth harshly I reached for my bow an arrows and notched three into the string. Pulling it taught as I prayed to the Gods that my aim would be true I exhaled and let loose of the arrows. The arrows flew quickly to each target's neck making crimson arcs in the cold air before landing into a nearby fire and also on their pissing comrade.

The pissing tiger looked up for a seconds as red spotted his white and black furred body. Confusion clouded his features as realization hit him.  "Tee lamee! La mee tee mee mee la la! Meke..." Even though I didn't know where they came from I understood their language. "You Idiots! I told you not to kill him! Oh.." he said as he noticed that his comrades were face down in the snow. A look of determination swept across his face as his predator eyes stared at me. I was literally shaking with fear as he took a lumbering step towards me. "Ah, the doe is scared of a big kitty, huh? lets see if you can handle one on one." When the last word came out of his mouth, he lurched towards me, sword drawn and ready to make me into deer shish kabob.

(Sorry guys that chapter two was not as long as chapter one! I promise to make up for it in the next chapter!)
