The 'girls' finally left last night leaving me alone, so I immediately fell asleep.

A part of me felt so guilty for wanting Aden so bad when I've never wanted Noah as much and I've been ignoring his texts and calls.

I was woken up by a vibrating phone the next morning and angrily, without checking the caller ID, i answered.

"What the fuck do you want?!"

"Whoa," it's Noah, "I didn't realise you were that angry."

I should've checked the caller ID! now I gotta talk to him!

"Noah!" I sat up, "I'm so sorry, i thought it was somebody else."

"You've been ignoring me since yesterday..." he said, "I called, left messages, texted, and up till now... no reply."

"I'm sorry. I didn't see those," i lied, "my girls came over so I had my phone on silent."

"By your girls you mean..."

"Yeah," i laughed, "Max included!"

"Good to know," he said.

"Sarcastic much?" I continued laughing.

"Sorry," he laughed, "um I just wanted to know if you'd be available later on today?"

"By later on, you mean?"

"After lunch?"

"Bummer," i laughed, "so you're not taking me out on a lunch date today?"

"Not today," he laughed, "I'll just bring a soda for the both of us, if you want me to."

"I'd love that," i said, "two pm. Be well dressed." I joked.

"As always," he laughed, "you too."

"As always," we both laughed at my lie.

"You got three hours, get ready." He said, hanging up.

~~~~~~
"So where are we off to today?" I asked, climbing into his car and giving him a hug.
"My backyard." He said.
"Really? How special!" I chuckled, rolling my eyes.
"Whatever," he said, rolling his eyes to mock me.
When we got there, he led the way to a swing set on his backyard.
"Was this yours?" I asked, sitting on one swing.
"Nope," he said, "it's my little sister's."
"Wow, you have a little sister?"
"Yep, six years old." He shook his head, "little devil!"
"I love kids," i laughed, "especially little devils who just so happens to be princesses."
"Let's just hope she'll like you too."
"Oh, she will." I smirked, feeling a bit too confident.
We kept quiet for a while, swinging on the swing set and facing the shrubs.
Awkward.
"So," i tried breaking, "why'd you ask to meet up?"
