Pic up top of Emilia and Derek's house! ^ Any gossip girl fans may notice the house was also used as Nate Archibalds house too.

Upper East Side, Manhattan

It had been two hundred and seventy days since Emilia and Derek had left Beacon Hills. Unlike her husband, Emilia had visited Beacon Hills for the sudden and early birth of her niece and nephew, but since the couple have yet to go back to their hometown.

It didn't take long for the Hale family to settle into Manhattan, they quickly fell back into their daily routines and for a long time things were normal for them - as normal as it could be as a family of werewolves.

Emilia walked into the foyer dressed for the day, tugging on a tan slim coat over her white pencil dress, rolling her eyes at the sound of her impatient husband from outside "Lia, you're gonna be late!"

"I'm coming! I'm coming!" Emilia called back, sitting down on the chair beside the door in attempt to put on her heels.

Isaac entered the room reluctantly dressed in his school uniform, pulling his tie looser as he noticed Emilia's struggles. Though Isaac loved senior year at his new school, the uniform was a big annoyance for the blonde. Isaac sighed walking over to Emilia, watching her fail to reach the floor over her large bump.

Isaac knelt down helping her wrap the straps around her ankles, "You wouldn't have this problem if you just wore flats, like most women eight months pregnant."

Emilia scowled shaking her head, "Don't hate on my shoe choices!"

"Lia!" Derek shouted again, Emilia picked up her bag from the counter as Isaac fastened her last shoe "Thank you, Isaac."

Emilia headed towards the front door, looking back to Isaac as she fixed her hair in the mirror "Go to school. I mean it."

Though settling into a new school, Isaac still stayed in his school avoidance ways.

Isaac nodded picking up his backpack, waving goodbye to Emilia "Have fun at your meetings."

"Emilia!" Derek exclaimed, Emilia finally opened the double doors as Derek turned to her "I'm here, calm down." "

Derek stood at the bottom of the steps leading to the house with Bennett in his stroller, smiling in relief at his wife's appearance.

"Why the grumpy face?" Emilia questioned noticing her husbands expression, only to laugh at her sons chant "Sour wolf! Sour wolf! Sour wolf!"

"Stop laughing." Derek grumbled, Emilia held in her laughter but failed miserably "Sorry-"

"Lia!" Derek complained at his wife laugher, holding onto her hand with one hand whilst pushing Bennett's stroller with another, Emilia suspiciously looked into next doors windows "You're still spying on the neighbours?"

"I'm not spying!" Emilia defended herself, "They've been watching us."

Derek rolled his eyes, "Sure they have."

"They have!" Emilia argued, Derek tugged on his wife's hand pulling her along the street "Maybe because we're the first people under forty to move onto this street."

"Belive what you want." Emilia mumbled, stoping at the end of their street as Derek turned to go in another direction.

"Are you still okay with taking Bennett with you today?" Emilia asked him, smiling down as her son clapped excitedly "Because if you want to get Mr Grayson's rent, showing up all intimidating saying 'give me your money' works until he notices the stroller with a giggly child."
