(A/N) Sorry for any mistakes this is my first fanfic hope you enjoy.
Gerard's POV:
I woke up to the delicious smell of coffee "Mikey must be making coffee before we open I hope he brings me one"
as I got up to get dressed I heard an alarm on my phone go off, as I picked up my phone and looked at the notification, I realised the alarm was so I didn't forget to get Mikey a birthday present today.
"I still don't know what to get hi-" but before I could finish what I was going to say there was a knock at the door.
"Come in" I said still the thought of Mikey present on my mind
As the door opened I was expecting Mikey to come in with some coffee but to my surprise it was Lindsey, "Oh hello Lindsey what brings you to my room?"
"Hello Ge well uhh I just wanted to ask you if you have a birthday present for Mikey yet?"
"No actually I have no Idea what to get him" I said with a sad expression on my face
"Oh well in that case I have a suggestion for you"
"You do?" I said with a glint of hope in my eyes
"Mhm, I was talking to Mikey last night and he mentioned how much he wanted to get a tattoo, but didn't have enough money."
"Really but why tell me why didn't you get him it?"
"Well I already have something else, I also knew it would be good to check if you had a present yet and if not you could get a certificate thingy for him." She said with a Kind and caring smile.
"Thx so much Lindsey you saved the day" I said while giving her a bone crushing hug.
"No problem Ge" she said and started to walk out the door but quickly turned around
"oh I almost forgot here is the address to the best Tattoo Parlour I know." She said while holding out a note with the address on it.
I took the paper and turned around "Thx again Lindsey." I said while putting the paper in my wallet.
"That's ok Ge ohhh and uhh they close at 5:00pm so you will have to go before then or early in the morning."
"Ok well uhh I'll go on my lunch break then."
"It's ok don't use your lunch break you can go now and start your shift a few minutes late today."
"Thx Lindsey I'll be back as soon as I get it" I said while running down the steps to the front door.
