Chapter 2 (Chara)

*Three weeks later....

*Chara's POV

Azzy! Please do it already! My soul is as good as yours! Just take it out of that jar thing Dr.Gaster made! I wish he could hear me. But nobody can...
"I wish people could hear me!" I yelled. "Chara?" I heard a familiar voice say. "Blooky?" I asked confused. I then saw a white figure start fading into view. It was Napstablook. He can hear me? Wish because I'm a ghost! "Is that you? You can see me? How? I thought I was dead!?" I am so confused. "Well you aren't dead. You just are in a coma or something and this ain't the real me. I wouldn't even talk like this if it were the real me, am I wrong?" He stated. I am beyond confused.

*Asriels POV

It has been three weeks. Dr.Gaster and my parents are getting ready to put Chara's soul into this jar thing. I guess it will be hard to absorb then I guess. Oh well. I'll do it for Chara, and all of monster kind. "Chara please wake up. I need you. Mom and dad are getting worried..." I asked Chara's almost dead body. There was obviously no response. "I-I'm getting worried ...." I said admittedly. My voice showing defeat as a few tears rolled down my cheeks. I saw a glow. A red glow. U have never seen a glow quite like that before. Then I saw it. I looked up at the red heart, Chara's soul. She must have been... So she had the soul of determination one of the strongest I think... I am supposed to absorb it aren't I.... I'll should the alarm to show  she has died... At least I could do that... I don't want this to go wrong.... What will happen if it goes wrong.... Will I die.... What happens to the soul!? I should have absorbs it by now.... Why haven't I!? I hit the red buzzer and waited a few minutes. I absorbed the soul. I saw a bright red light. Unable to see anything else. Then I heard a familiar voice calling our my name. "Asriel!" I heard Chara telling my name. "Chara? Wait what is happening!?" I asked her shocked. I had turned into a monster, one from a book. Giant horns. Six feet tall. Holding a dead body. I don't know why I was holding Chara's dead body, but I was. "We both control your body Asriel. Don't be afraid. Nothing bad will come if this if we  just do exactly how we planned it. Go to the village.
Grab my body, use it so people come towards the barrier. Kill six humans.
Absorb their souls and break the barrier. That is what we need to do, that's we are going to do, right?" She went silent after that. I then walked through the the barrier. My dad stood there wide eyed. He said something, but I ignored it and walked right past him. I went through the barrier to see the sun for the first time. Everything looked beautiful. Then I saw a forest and behind it, a village. "That's my village. People call the village cursed for being around here, but the people who live there are cursed because nobody there is kind enough to live somewhere else. People who lived there were put there because they were criminals who kept escaping but if they were put here, there was nothing to escape from since there is no way out of the village except to get lost in the forest. It really is a terrible place." Chara said. I didn't want to question it, but it does sound like a terrible place to be. Did she really have to grow up there? "Chara, why did you go to Mt.Ebbot? You say you forgot,  but I know now you lied. K promise, I won't tell anybody, only I will hear you," I asked reassuring that I won't tell anybody. I heard her sigh. "I.... I wanted to erase myself from existence... I guess that explains it good enough. I don't want to explain my reasonings. You can tell I didn't grow up in a good or safe place so you understand that but at least." She said  it all like she had no emotions. Like she meant she wanted to erase herself from existence and from me as well.
" I'm sorry for asking about that." After a few minutes we got down the mountain without a scratch. "Lead the way through the forest, please," I asked Chara. I started to walk through the forest without doing anything, Does that mean Chara can control my body? Weird. "I can hear your thoughts as well. I am surprised you haven't been hearing mine. Have you heard my thoughts? I have been hearing yours, I can hear your thoughts and control your body since this is my soul and your body combined. Anyways, eventually we will see a pathway in the forest that leads to the village. Lets go," She said as if she had no emotion. Azzy. Can you hear me? I can hear her in my head? What is going on? I thought. Azzy, I guess you can hear my thoughts now! Anyways, do you see those bricks over there? That is the start of the pathway. We are very close to the village now! She said it through my head. This is super weird! Anyways Chara, those bricks over there? I thought and pointed to bricks the bricks. Mhm. That was my que to start walking over to it. I then saw it was a pathway. I followed the pathway till I found a village. I attracted a few humans. I got just enough humans to follow me as I tried to walk away. I jogged so the could keep up. They had hurt me very badly. I was almost limping by the time the path ended. Fight back already! Chara yelled in my head. No. I won't. The humans attacked. They continued. I don't think they will stop till I die. I don't like this anymore! I am not hurting inocent! You wanted to hurt me at first to! They are trying to protect themselves! I am not going to kill them! I yelled through my head. Ughh! Must I do everything myself!? Asriel! You will die if you don't fight back! Why can't you just listen to me!?

Chara's POV

I took over and tried to fight against the humans but Asriel was trying to stop me. I don't understand! Why won't he let me kill them!? They are going to kill him! More and more humans are coming through the path. I can't believe Asriel is such an idiot! Asriel. You will die from them! Why can't you fight back!? What is wrong with you!? It would be the same if somebody punched you! You punch back, you don't let them beat you up! You shouldn't let people kill you like this! This is not an honorable death for a prince! I yelled at him through our mind. I-I.... Chara...  And your death was honorable? He asked. I did it as a sacrifice but it will be in vain if you don't fight back! I yelled again. He started to try to run. He failed of coarse. He is badly injured.  He kept stumbling as he tried running away. I could see the barrier. Some of the humans started to leave? Maybe they realized we weren't going to hurt them, well Asriel wouldn't let them get hurt I guess. Asriel. Please. For monster kind! I pleased with him.

Asriels POV

I am trying to get away with my life. These humans are very strong. No wonder Chara lasted so long underground. I feel like I'm going to die! Asriel! Why worn you just kill them!? Please! Do it for your people! You are going to end up dead if you don't fight back! Chara pleased with me through our minds. Still weird how it all works. Chara, I don't have a reason to. To free us, it would be pointless. The humans would declare a war again wouldn't they? If they are this strong, then would it be all that smart to free monsters? I tried reasoning. Asriel. If you really thought that then tell me before I end up dead and you almost die! Just kill six and leave then you will be to powerful for them and they will leave in fear! Chara demanded. I just smiled and continued to try and run to the barrier. "I meant no harm. None at all. Please let me go back home peacefully. Have I harmed any of you? Have I caused harm? Why are trying to kill an innocent? I just wanted to be free from the undergrounds, just like every other monster," I tried reasoning. "You got out! You killed somebody to get out!" A human shouted. Many yelled different reasons that were honestly stupid.
"I got a human soul from a human that fell down the mountain and died from the fall. I don't even know what the human looked like!" I lied.
Azzy good one! I heard Chara think.
"Lies!" One called out. I groaned as I tried to run away again. After taking several more blows, I reached the barrier and tried my best to get home. I didn't make it.

All I hear is beeps. I can't move anything. I can't even open my eyes.
Chara!? I don't think I have Chara's soul anymore....
Beep!
Beep...
Are those the same machines that were in the hospital when Chara was dying!? Am I dying!? I don't want to die!!!

Days later....
I finish woke up. I saw my parents shocked and they hugged me and cried of joy. I went home. I was struggling to walk. Then, everything went a blur.

I think I'm dead.....
Why!? Did Chara plan this!?
Why?
I'm gone..... I can hear my parents crying.... I guess I can't comfort them like when Chara was dying....
Gone forever now....

So, it ended kinda sad but, that is how the game made it almost! I'm gonna have the while Flowey Asriel thing so that I don't have to go right into the next human. I know I didn't show very many monsters pov just Asriel and Chara but that was because I wanted that part to show the most and because I forgot to include other characters as much as I wanted to. Anyways, enjoy! Or don't because it is your opinion and if you don't like it sorry. C: Bye!!!
