Okay, it's time you know who I am, though most of you won't like me. My name is Karma. I travel around making sure that people get what they deserve. I exist as a slight mist hovering over those who deserve me. Most cant see me even if they knew what to look for! Only those who I grant the power to see me actually can see me. I can appear however I want, I just prefer the mist. But I'll make myself a but more scary if I feel the need to. I'm working on Austin's punishment now, you see, and that snake was just the beginning. I wanted him to have that scar so he'd remember something bad as well as he remember something good in his sick little fantasy. He thought about it every day, even after years had passed. His memories can only last so long though, and they won't last much longer. Austin lays in his bed at this very moment just remembering the past. He starts thinking about the future and as he sees how grim it looks, he decides to make a change. He thought about all the things that could make it better, he thought for hours. Then it hit him. Find another Lucy. Although it wouldn't be Lucy herself, it'd be something, right? So he got up, got dressed and practically ran out the door to his slightly used mustang. Oh how he loved that car. Anyways, he drove to the park and creepily sat on his bench and creepily creeped on the little girls in his creepy way. Actually, I'm over exaggerating, unless you knew what to look for, you couldn't tell he was scoping out the toddlers. He sat there for a while and didn't really see anything he liked. He'd think to himself,"That one's to chubby." or "I don't like redheads."

Picky, picky. Who knew a pedophile would be so choosy? But he continued to wait until he saw a girl about the age Lucy was. This girl had shorter brown hair with a few freckles splattered across her nose and pale green eyes. "Yes, she's the one.", he thought. Though not as beautiful as Lucy, she definitely had something about her. A woman sat down on the bench beside him but he only half noticed as he tried to hide his staring. The woman leaned closer and asked him something. Okay, time to snap out of it, he thought. He looked at the woman, and realized she was actually very pretty with raven black hair and light green eyes. Oh no, he thought. This must be her mother. He then asked,"Excuse me?"

"I'm sorry to bother you sir, I was just making small talk." she said with a smile.

"No, I'm sorry, I was dazed off! I hadn't heard what you said."

"Oh, well I had asked which one was yours...?"

He simply smiled at her and said,"So now I need a child to enjoy a day at the park?"

She blushed and looked at the girl he'd chosen. She said,"Well that's my baby. Her names Ryan."

"What a beautiful name. And yours?"

"Oh, um, my name is Elizabeth. Everyone calls me Liz, though."

"Well then, Liz it is.", he grinned at her.

Poor, unsuspecting Elizabeth didn't know who had just crossed her path. No one knew who he was or how... Unstable he was. I fear he'll snap at any moment.

He kept staring at this stranger. Nice enough to come talk to him, pretty too. It was then that an idea popped into Austin's head. He knew just how to keep control of them both. He quickly checked her left hand and smiled at the absence of a ring.

"So Liz, how would you like to go out with me this Friday?"
