Becoming Riders!

A year has passed since the Blighted Nargacuga's attack. Hakum Village is slowly rebuilding back to its former glory. Today is the day of the Rite of Kinship! It's the final step to becoming a Rider.

Lilia: "Ah, Yn! At last, Yn you get to become a Rider! Your lifelong dream is coming true!" she said cheerfully.

Lilia: "Your going to do the Rite of Kinship and become a true Rider, right?" she continued.

Lilia: "I still don't know what I want to do...I don't really want to be a Rider...There must be something only I can do! I'm gonna give it a bit more thought." Lilia said sighing. 

Lilia: "Oh! Cheval!" she said waving to Cheval who was walking by. 

Cheval: "..." he was staring down at the ground with a sad expression. Even if the Nargacuga had attacked a year ago, Cheval was still feeling depressed that his entire family besides Yn was gone.

Lilia: "Congratulations Cheval! With your Kinship stone on your hand, you look like a real Rider now!" Lilia cheered. 

Cheval: "..." Cheval was silent. 

Lilia: "Yn is about to undergo the Rite of Kinship now! What do you do to forge a bond? Won't you tell us?" she explained.

Cheval: "Bonds...I don't believe in them anymore." he said bluntly walking away.

Lilia: "Cheval, wait!" she yelled after him. 

Lilia: "I wanted us to all to celebrate you guys becoming Riders together..." Lilia said frowning. 

Lilia: "We haven't talked much since the incident a year ago..." she said sadly. 

Lilia: "If one of us is missing, it'll feel weird...C'mon it's got to be all of us together!" she said. 

Lilia: "He's being so cold...Well, Yn, time to go. Chief Omna is waiting for you in the Hall of Rites!" she said giving me an awkward smile. 

Lilia: "Yn, you're going to be a fantastic Rider! I'll be with you every step of the way!" she said regaining her cheery spirit again. 

Yn: "Thanks, Lilia. I hope Cheval is ok though...wish me luck!" I said running off to the hall of Rites.

Lilia: "Do your best out there Yn!" she called after me. 

I ran over the bridge, up the hill past Chief Omna's house and finally reached the special cave where Riders received their Kinship Stone, their first monstie, and their assigned test, if they complete the test they are made Riders.  

As I entered the Hall of Rites I saw Chief Omna and Dan waiting for me in front of the large rock podium with three eggs sitting on it. 

Chief Omna: "Ah I see you have finally arrived, a great ordeal you have survived. Now it is time for the Rite, so you may continue to stop the blight!" Chief Omna said in rhyme.

Dan: "Took you long enough, this is going to be so AWESOME!" he said smiling. 

Chief Omna: "Young Yn, are you prepared, to meet your Monstie and be paired?" he asked.

Yn: "Yeah, I'm ready to meet my first Monstie." I said confidently.

Chief Omna: "On the podium are eggs of three, what Monsties inside you shall see." he said stroking his long beard.

Dan: "He means you should go pick one of the three eggs." Dan said sighing. 

Yn: "Oh alright." I said walking up to the stone podium. 

There were three eggs, one was blue with orange splotches, another was dark brown with a light brown spiky pattern and the last one was forest green with dark gray stripes. Three eggs, with a different monster in each. 

Here's the fun part guys! Depending on what egg you choose, depends on how some of the chapters go. So choose wisely! Yes I know this is going to be a lot of extra work for me to pull off but I want to make it fun so...here's your egg guide! Any questions? Put em in the comments!

Ok! So now that you picked your egg, this is how you find what chapter you need to read for that egg! 

If you picked the Blue and orange egg skip to this chapter ---> Blue Egg Monstie!

If you picked the Brown and light brown egg skip to this chapter ---> Brown Egg Monstie!

If you picked the Green and gray egg skip to this chapter ---> Green Egg Monstie!

This is how you find your chapters! All egg chapters will be labeled like this. For normal chapters your monsties name is Pn for Partners name since your Monstie is your partner.
