I don't know how long I slept for. But Hugh woke me up after a while. He was stressed.

- Robin did you prepare food for the horses?
- of course I did I'm not dumb!
I just woke up so of course was a little bit irritated.
- sorry I'm just a little bit nervous. I've called Riley and he is on his way.

Hugh turned around and almost ran to the stables. I knew that he was scared. We don't know what condition the horses are in, some of them could be badly injured. To be honest I was scared to. I had a bad feeling in my stomach that told me that I've forgotten something really important , something that I will regret. I tried to get the feeling out of my head.

I got out of the car and started walking to the stables. Hugh was busy fixing fences so we could let the horses run to their paddock without getting lost on their way there.
- Hugh can I do anything?
- sure can you get some hay bales?
- sure!

I hurried to get the hay bales, I could already hear the horses getting annoyed by being in the trailer. I loaded some hay bales on a wheelbarrow and went to put them out in the paddock. When I was done I could see Hugh give me the sign that he was going to let the horses out.

The horses galloped around the paddock for awhile, running with their tails high up. They were nervous and scared you could see the white part of their eyes. Eventually they calmed down and I even got to pet them. The two brown mares was following me around begging for scratches behind their ears. It's kind of weird how a animal that's been abused by humans were willing to trust me. It's almost as if they don't even remember were there from.

I went to the stables to get some brushes. All of the horses were covered in mud from head to toe or maybe hoof. I started brushing one of the Brown mares when Riley came.

- Hello Roni! I guessed that I was going to find you here.
- yeah. Do you always have to call me " Roni "
- yes , I'm your friend I'm allowed to give you nicknames.
- okay, okay.
- could you help me hold the horses while I check their hooves?
- you mean so they don't bite you in the ass.

We both laughed. Some months ago we had a Shetland pony that didn't like to get his shoes so he bit Riley.

It took almost 2 hours to check all the horses hooves but it's worth it.

- Roni what are you thinking about?
- nothing...
- you can't lie to me.
- okay , okay... I'm have a weird feeling that I forgot something important...
- like what?
- almost like as if I forgot a horse...
- well would you feel better if I take you back to were we got the horses to make sure we didn't forget one.
- yeah... just to make sure that we didn't leave on behind...
- I'll talk to Hugh and we can leave tomorrow morning.
- thanks Riley you're the best!
