Raven:[sitting on the chair next to the couch. looks over to see Mia enter]
Mia:[enters stage and sits down on the couch] So...
Raven:[moves over to sit next to Mia on the couch] So...did you tell him?
Mia: No not this time.
Raven: Well if not now when?
Mia: I..I don't know.
Raven: You know if you never tell him he wont know you like him.
Mia: I know I just don't want to tell him.
Raven:[pause] why wont you tell him?
Mia: [mumbles] because he doesn't like me.
Raven: what?
Mia:[says louder for Raven to here.] He doesn't like me, he never liked me.
Raven: well how do you know that you never asked him.
Mia: I have asked him okay [beat] I was going to tell him after I asked, but when he said he liked someone else I couldn't.
Raven: And who did he say he liked?
Mia:[mumbles] you...
Raven: who
Mia: You he likes you, hes always like you.
Raven:[pauses in shock] No why would he like me.
Mia: Because you're beautiful and better at than me in every way.
Raven: Don't say th-
Mia: Its true.
Raven: Look i'm sure he'll reconsider if you tell him how you-
Mia: NO, no never I don't want to be hurt again[pause] I'm tired that every time I like someone they like someone better.
Raven: You don't need him I know a bunch of people who like you.
Mia: Like who
Raven: Well there's...and there's...
Mia: See no one. no one ever thinks i'm good enough... it's just how it is.
Raven: But you ar-
Mia: Lets just drop it. I'll be fine.
Raven: No I don't want you to bottle it up again you're never happy and you always keep it in.
Mia: I'm sorry
Raven: And that stop saying your sorry when you did Nothing wrong. You can't keep putting people in front of people, you have to care for yourself
Mia: Okay
Raven: I just don't want lose you
Mia: I'm sor- ok
Raven: Now lets go I'm hungry
Mia:[laugh] Me too
Raven: Oh and Mia
Mia: Yeah
Raven: I love you
Mia: I love you too [hugs Raven]
