lauren got the easiest job. hayden and her just understand each other. she arrived at his house and knocked on the door. hayden opened the door with a smile.

" what are you doing here?" he asked

" we need to talk"

" okay" they went to sit on the chairs on hayden's porch.

" so what's up?" the curious curly-haired boy asked.

" hayden i need to know why you isolated yourself from the group. the thing that happened was between kenzie and johnny so why'd you isolated yourself."

" so, up until the time i met you, i've liked kenzie. she's always been there for me. and i've always been there for her. but now i realize that the feelings i had wasn't actual feelings. it was love for her but as a brother. kenzie is like my sister. and when she got played by all these boys she was so hurt. and i wanted to do whatever i can to make her not hurt. i promised myself to never let her get hurt by a boy again. i thought johnny would be different than all of them but i guess i was wrong."

" hayden you can't blame yourself for johnny hurting kenz."

" i know but i couldn't bear to see him and not beat him up."

" what was stopping you from beating him up?"

" kenzie. i beat up her first boyfriend brandon. and i saw the look on her face. it was like she was terrified of me and disappointed at the same time."

" so that's why you isolated yourself from the group." he nodded. lauren pulled him into a hug. and when they pulled out of the hug, they kissed.

ANNIE

annie was really nervous to talk to kenzie. kenzie and her weren't the closest and they didn't always see eye to eye. but they were always friends. annie decided to go to kenzie's house to talk. she knocked on the door and melissa, kenzie's mother answered. melissa let annie in. annie walked to kenzies room and opened the door to find kenzie sitting on her bed.

it looked like she had been crying. annie looked around the room and noticed something was different. her giant beanbag was missing.

" hey." kenzie turned around and saw annie.

" look who decided to talk to me."

"i didn't think you wanted to talk to me."

" i needed a friend who understood what i was going through. you are the only friend i have that's a girl and who've i've been friends with the longest. when you went through the same thing with carson, i was there for you so i was hoping you would be there for me."

" you're right and im sorry. im here now. so do you want to talk about it?"

"yeah"

kenzie told her about how her much it hurt. blah blah blah.

" will you please come and hang out with the group again?"

" maybe.ill think about it."

ASHER

asher went over to the orlando's house to talk to johnny. Meredith let asher in and he went up to johnny's room. he knocked on the door and johnny opened it.

" why are you here?"

" let's talk"

"ok"

they talked about everything and johnny agreed to start hanging out with the group again.
