Will you just talk to me..

(3rd Person Pov)
As days have gone by between Taehyung and Y/n no longer speaking with one another only pain and tension between the two grew.
Taehyung with Seong Sunah hanging onto to him and with JB supporting Y/n.
The two would only glance at one another without the other knowing.
Y/n wonders when the day will come...the day they would look pass this and only laugh about but them being together perhaps as more than friends...
Taehyung wonders when the day he can yell out to the world that Y/n is his and showers her with love...and would laugh about this as if it were nothing...with them holding hands at the park just enjoying each others company...
As they were sitting in class not paying much attention to what the teacher has to say. Taehyung with his head down and Y/n staring off into space.
With the days that have past..the day of the music festival has arrived.

(Y/n POV)
The first bell rang..sitting in class the teacher is explaining to everyone about the festival, telling us to work hard, and not to forget to have fun.
The school was busy with students running around campus. Everyone rrying to get things perfect others trying to make the last finishing touch.
As for my class we're all set..we're just waiting for the school to open to the public so we can start the festival. I just hope people might actually come here and enjoy the idea of wishing.
When the principal made the announcement that they're going to open the gates I started to feel nervous. The morning hour starts slow and by the time the afternoon arrives more people showed up. I sent Jimin and Norma out to give out flyers to the wandering guests as Jungkook and I were in charge of our class. People actually came here telling me this idea is cute. I sectioned off the classroom with 4 option of wishes. Love, Luck, Wisdom, and Other. Each option has a color to it, love being the color pink, luck being the color blue, wisdom being the color purple, and other being the color green. So with the assigned colors also come with the assigned lantern as not only are each of them designed differently but the lanterns too have their assigned color matching the color of the note. With four sections I divide the students to each section such as having them at a table of that option and tying the sealed wish to the lantern so we can set them out to the sky.
When Norma amd Jimin came back with no more flyers we switched. This time it was Jungkook and I handing out flyers and leaving them in charge of the class.
While we were walking we over heard quite alot of squeling coming up ahead.
We thought that more people means the less flyers we'll have so by the time we got to the crowd we splitted up handing out flyers.
By the time I reached the front of the crowd I bumped into someone having me drop the rest of the flyers on the floor. "I'm sorry..."
"Its okay"
I'm on the floor picking up the flyers and when the person I bumped into is helping me..we managed to collect them all and I was about to thank him...I was frozen because it was Taehyung.
His eyes are wide as well..I looked away not knowing what to do.
"..."
".... well thank you bye"
I ran off leaving him.

(Taehyung's POV)
Y/n..it was her voice...she was talking to me. When I finally finished helping her she looked at me really shock...then she runs off. Y/n will you just talk to me again...
As I sighed I went walking the other way until JB stood in front of me.
"I want to talk to you in private."
I sighed even louder...after walking through the crowds we were outside at a more quiet area.
"So what did you want to talk about?"
"Y/n. We're here to talk about her..I'm worried you see...she's silent most of the time staring off into space, she hardly eats, she cries herself to sleep, and she would have the most pained expression... I haven't seen her like this since she lost her grandmother."
"What?"
"She's hurting Taehyung and your causing it."
"What do you want me to do about it...why are you telling me this."
"Because no matter what I tell her she won't listen to me...so I thought if you told her something then maybe she would get better."
"But she...we're....I don't think she'll listen to me."
"How can you even know that if you don't even bother to try...nevermind..forget it."
"I'm sorry..."
"That's not something you should tell me."
After JB left me there, I stood there processing things over again with Y/n..I was the one in the wrong.

(3rd Person POV)
As the first day of the music festival is coming to an end Y/n and the rest of the class went onto the roof top to set the lanterns in place. While Taehyung and the other contestants waited amongst the crowd to play the music videos.
When Y/n was ready to let the lanterns go. At the right moment is when they'll set them free. As people were gathering onto the field Y/n decided to let them go now so as people were waiting they can see the lanterns. One by one they were now soaring through the sky soon covered in the clouds. They heard the cheers from the people below.
"Well thats it for today guys..great work and now the rest of the festival is yours so lets go join the crowd."
The class cheers at Y/n's little speech.
As they finally made it Y/n was watching the music videos from afar since she being a big crowd feels suffocating.
When the lights dimmed everyone was quiet. Waiting for the public announcer to give a speech on stage.
After the speech of a success and welcoming guests the music videos have now started...
As the list goes down people cheering for each one the finishes then JB's music video is next..

People are cheering crazy and me being the supportive friend claps for him.
The next and last video was Taehyung's..

After Taehyung's video ended people were cheering as loud as they were cheering for JB.
Suddenly tears came running down her eyes so Y/n ran off to a more private area and stayed there.
With the music festival to an end everyone started to leave gathering their things since the forecast said it'll rain tonight.
As Y/n thought everyone left she walked back to her classroom and saw everyone had cleaned prepared for day two.

(Y/n's POV)
While I was collecting my things the rain started to pour down from the skies.
*sigh*
"Can things get any worse."
With just my luck the school power goes out and lightening strikes.
Walking to my locker to grab my emergency umbrella I see Taehyung across the hall from. He turned the other way and left.
It pained me for the way things ended between us..
As I got to the front doors the rain is pouring hard making it useles for my umbrella since the winds will only destroy it.
I saw Taehyung again walking slowly by the front gates.
This guy I swear is he asking to be sick tomorrow.
"Hey! If you don't want to be sick tomorrow I suggest you walk a little faster."
"I don't care."
"What?"
"Who cares if I get sick..obviously your only saying this because your a good person."
"What? Of course there are people who care..your parents care, the guys care,....(I care)."
"Look if you want to be caring why not go and see if JB got home safely or something."
"I know he's already home because he texted me already."
"Well I don't care.. hope you guys live a happy life together."
Taehyung starts to walk again..but things aren't over yet.
"Hey! Now whats that suppose to mean?"
"Y/n you know what it exactly means..he likes you and you like him so its obvious when two people-"
"I KNOW THAT!!! BUT JB ISN'T THE ONE I LIKE!!!"
"What?"
"Taehyung your the guy I like...I'm literally an open book yet you didn't even realize my feelings for you."
As we stood here in the rain..I finally had confessed my feeling to him. Now I don't care if I'm sick tomorrow. I need to fix things with him as its now or never.
"Can you repeat that.."
I walk closer to him and look him into his eyes.
"Kim Taehyung your the guy I like, your the guy who I would look to, your the guy who I can feel safe around, feel happy with, and your the guy who makes my heart beat like crazy."
"Y/n...why did you beat me to confessing.."
"Seriously...thats because you were being so stubborn."
"Y/n, I like you too."
Taehyung takes grasp of my hand and pulls me into a hug. Our soaked clothing all wet and cold were no longer cold as our body heat grew.
Kim Taehyung let this day become a new beginning for the both of us.
