Theos family were my kind of people, the people that I would expect my parents to be like if they were still around.
Theo had brought my things into a spare room that he said I could have after I explained that I wasnt ready to share a room with a male so close to the breakup of me and Callen.
I ran down stairs and into a confused looking alpha, trying to mend the broken handle of a pan. I smiled. Need help? I asked.
I wanted to make you breakfast but jeeze, its too hard. He whined. I giggled. Cant we just go out? I asked smiling. He gave the biggest grin and nodded frantically. Thank god! he said.
We went to Parronella for breakfast because I wanted to get the rest of my stuff from the apartment while Callen was at work.
Gathering the rest of my stuff was the definition of a chore. We packed everything. Clothes, teddies, pillows, photos and all of my small belongings. I wanted to make sure I seemed like nothing more than a memory.
Clothes almost filled the back of Theos convertible alone. Cramming my teddies in there was almost as hard as it was to accept that we were going to have to wait for Riley to bring his truck from Jades.
Nala, whos Bella? Theo asked me quietly. I smiled. She lives with Jade and shes my second best friend. Second only, to Jade. I said smiling. Why? I added curiously. Theo looked at me while we sat on the steps of the apartment, waiting to see the ute come roaring around the corner.
Shes Rileys mate. He said. I gave a laugh. Really? Oh my god. Thats amazing! I gushed.
Bella deserved a good person. Bella was overweight but extremely beautiful. She had long blonde hair and blue eyes. She was pure and had never had sex. She always saw the good in people but had a feisty heart. Inwardly I wished her luck. She had had so many broken hearts through her life and I really hoped this worked out for her.
Riley finally pulled up and Theo proceeded to empty the apartment of my belongings, Jake and Riley tagging along.
