The Wolves Keep Coming

♣ Chapter 12 ♣

I woke up on the floor. And I was really comfortable too. I decided to lay there for a bit longer but then my plans got interrupted by a loud howl off in the distance. And the howl was dangerous and warning. It was a war howl and it was directed to this pack.

I shot up off the floor. Kids nowhere to be found. I ripped the door off its hinges and ran for the Alphas room. I ripped that door open to find no one. I was sent into a panick as  I ran down the stairs mindlessly checking every room on the way down. And believe me some of the stuff I saw would've scared me foor life if I wasn't going through a rage with adrenaline pumping me into a serious panick attack.

I made it the bottom floor to see women and children that didn't being rushed to the panick room by Kyla. I ran up to her.

" WHERE IS MY FAMILY?!?" I screamed in panick and terror.

" Last I remember they went on a walk." she said her face frozen in horror at the realization of her words. I ran out the front door ripping it off its hinges in the process. I ran for the forest picking up their scents. I shifted and followed them away from the howl. I caught up with them in no time.

" Oh thank god your all safe." I said looking at them. David, Moon River, Lightning Bolt, Thunder Paw, Missy, and my pups. Happiness welled up inside me until I heard his voice.

" Good. Your all here." he said. I didn't even have to turn around to know who it was right away. Scourge. I turned around to see him and alot of other wolves. They surrounded us and my pups raced under my belly. I lowered into a protective stance able to lunge at any given moment.

" No use sweetheart. I will capture you all and you will bear my pups and they will defeat all other Alphas and I will become not only the most vicious wolf in the world but also the most powerful. " he said with a wolfish grin. I would've lunged but my wolf took over and glued me to the spot.

'What are you doing? ' I growled at her.

'If you lunge he will kill your mate and your son. Then you'll just be a heart broken sex slave' I growled again but only because I knew she was right. Scourge took a step forward and I growled loud and long while raising my hackles.

" Fiesty. I like it." he said. I felt fear anger and hatred fill me.

" You sick bastard. " I growled tacking a step forward. He erupted into a laugh.

" I'll make you my Luna, and the rest can just bear my pups as well as you." he said taking a step forward.

" Never you sick and twisted bastard!" I growled again stepping forward.

" If you don't I'll kill your mate and your heir." he growled stepping closer. We were now nose to nose.

" BOW DOWN TO YOUR ALPHA! " he growled out full on Alpha voice.

" You are no Alpha. "  I said in my Alpha voice. He hesitated but then tackled me. I went to fight back but then he spoke.

" Remember I'll kill who you hold dearest." he said with a sly wolfish grin.

" You -"

" You should be trying to get on my good side." he cut me off.  I growled low and menacing. And he just started laughing again. I heard the shots of guns and darkness quickly over took me.

I woke up on stone cold floors again. But this time the only difference was I was chained to a wall in my own cell. There was a thick leather strap that was tightly tied around my muzzle connected to a thick leather coller by a silver chain and a silver cuff like thing around my front right leg and it was attached to the back wall by a thick silver chain. The bars were embedded with silver. Infact there was so much silver in this one cell I could barely stay standing for longer than 20 minutes.

"Ahh your awake. Well. Not for long." I heard a deep voice say and the spring of a gun and darkness overtook me.
