It's been five hours! I'm never going to be found! I groan and hit my head against the wall. I've been cramped in this hut for five hours! I'm starving and my legs are cramping! I know that I was told that I could walk around the camp as long as I didn't leave, but those zombies are creepy. I don't want to go out there. I sigh and sit back, contemplating on whether or not I want to go outside. As I'm thinking, I feel my wolf senses suddenly skyrocket; I look out the window and see that it's a full moon tonight. Yes! I'll be able to get out of here! I cheer silently. I stand up and creep over to the window, looking out. There are five zombies that are keeping watch over the hut, so I can't go out that way. I'll have to find another way. Looking around the hut, I notice a hatch in the ceiling. I scoot a stool over to underneath the hatch and shakily stand on it. Even though I'm standing not that far off the ground, I'm still petrified of heights.

I manage to pry the hatch open and climb through it. Finding myself on the rooftop, I cautiously peek over the edge and gulp. Using my night vision, I see that a couple of buildings over, there are barely any sentries. I move back away from the edge and take a deep breath before standing up and back to the other edge. Then, I take a running start and leap from the top of the hut to the top of the other hut. Making use of my ability to keep my footsteps light and untraceable, I don't make a sound when I land. I do this again and again until I'm in an area where there aren't too many zombie sentries. Then, I leap down to the ground and look around.

I should be able to sneak out now that I'm away from the big cluster of zombies. I just have to sneak my way out of the camp and make my way to Camp Jupiter. Steeling my nerves, I creep into the main walkway of the camp, staying close to the huts in case I need to hide. In fact, I'm just about to turn a corner when voices and footsteps send me scurrying into the alleyway.

"Did you hear about the girl that Lord Ares brought here?" A zombie asks his buddy.

"Yeah. She's supposedly a favorite daughter of Apollo," the friend replies. "Lord Ares wants his chariot back, and he's going to assure that he's going to get his chariot back by taking one of Apollo's favorite children. I'd have to say that it's a brilliant plan!"

I roll my eyes as they continue talking about how great "Lord Ares" is as they walk past me. I creep back out in the main walkway and continue my way towards the edge of camp. I'm just about out of the camp when I trip over a rock and knock over a bunch of stacked guns.

"She's managed to escape!" Someone shouts.

"Catch her!"

"Alert Lord Ares!"

Shouts are going up all over the camp as zombies are coming after me. I curse under my breath and take off, knowing that I can out run the zombies. "Stupid rock!" I'm just about out of the camp when, out of nowhere, I'm suddenly tripped and go flying.

"You little brat!" Ares booms.

"Ugh!" I groan as I finally stop rolling.

A big hand grabs a handful of my hair and yanks me off the ground. "I give you permission to wander around and you repay me by trying to escape!" He spits.

"Ow! Let go!" I exclaim loudly, trying to pry his hands from my hair. "Let me go!"

"You're not leaving until I get my chariot back!" Ares replies, wrapping his beefy arm around my waist. "But now you have to stay inside the hut!"

I growl, putting all my strength and abilities into getting free. "Let me go!"

"Man, you sure are spirited and strong," he grunts, tightening his grip. "Stop struggling."

"Let me go!"

"Amari!" I hear Leo's voice from the rocks outside of the camp. "We're coming!"

"Let me go!" I shout again, struggling even harder.
