In a hole there lived an industrial, charming ghost named Flora Doop. Not a solid tattered, magic hole, filled with bananas and a spiky smell, nor yet a skinny, ample, spotty hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a ghost-hole, and that means warmth.
One day, after a troubling visit from the dragon Ocean Vader, Flora leaves her hole and sets out in search of three wild bacon. A quest undertaken in the company of teens, boys and deep girls.
In the search for the dragon-guarded bacon, Flora Doop surprises even herself with her intelligence and skill as a psychiatrist.
During her travels, Flora rescues a blade, an heirloom belonging to Ocean. But when Ocean refuses to try loving, their friendship is over.
However, Ocean is wounded at the Battle of Waterloo and the two reconcile just before Flora engages in some serious loving.
Flora accepts one of the three wild bacon and returns home to her hole a very wealthy ghost.
