Reiner pressed all of his weight against the door. He felt the slimy hand of a zombie press against his bleeding flesh. Connie stood in front of him holding a bloody machete.

“I can’t hold it for much longer…Run Connie!” Reiner yelled, feeling his strength give out.

“No!” yelled Connie, determined to defend his lover to the death. The door finally collapsed and Connie watched his beloved get eaten before the zombies came for him.
