"Mom! Have you seen the new phone case I bought yesterday at the mall?" I call down the stairs to my loving mother.

"No Tristan I haven't!" She calls back.

Ugh. I hate when she calls me Tristan. I prefer "Tris," like literally my birth name is TRIS not TRISTAN. -_- You named me after the strong, badass girl from Divergent. Remember?

"Is this it?" My younger, than me by one year, sister Valerie asks holding a purple and blue melt case up to me.

"Yes!" I reply snatching it from her. She literally always takes my stuff, like she's freaking 4 years old again.

"You're welcome...?" She replies in a semi mocking tone.

"Thank you." I go back into my room and shut the door and flop down on my bed to put the case on my iPhone 8CS then view my new text messages.

Good God, I love that boy but if him and I ever get caught together.... Let's just say it won't end too good for either one of us. For 1) dad would get mad at me. For 2) KYLE'S dad would get mad. I'm sure even Kyle's GRANDMA will get mad! Soooo yeah him and I need to be careful in this and try not to get caught because I don't think dad would be very happy that I'm sneaking around with his best friend's son....
