Veronica's POV
*Ring ring ring*
I lazily get up from my bed and rubbed my eyes. I realized it was my first day of Junior year. I lay back down on my bed and take a huge sigh. I got up and went to the kitchen seeing my parents and my twin sister talking.
"Hey Roni! Ready for junior year?" Vanessa asked
"When will I ever be ready for school" I said at the same time eating breakfast
"Come on. New year, new you. I know things didn't go well last year but this is a new town Roni. Which means there are new people. So eat fast and let's go to school" Nessa said as I nod and keep eating. About 10 mins Nessa and I finished eating and my mom drove us to school
"So this is it huh?" I asked
"Yeah" our mom said
"Dang this school is big" Nessa said
"Sure is" I said getting my bag as me and Nessa get out of the car
"Have fun!" My mom said as we wave goodbye to her
Nessa and I look around the place while walking. In one corner I said girls crowding over this one guy with his friends. Hmmm let me think he's the popular guy who just keeps going after girls for sex. Well maybe idk.
Nessa and I walk to the reception and asked for our schedule. The lady gave it to us and said someone will show us around
A guy walked inside the room and asked if Nessa and I were Vanessa and Veronica. I nod and he started showing us around
"Hey! I'm Bobby and I'm going to show you guys around today. So where are you guys from?" Bobby asked
"Missouri" Nessa said
"Kansas City huh. Why'd you move here?" Bobby asked
"Our mom got resigned here" I said
"Ohh ok." Bobby said as he kept showing us around for like 30 mins
"Who's that?" I asked referring to the guy girls crowd over.
"Oh that's Aaron Burriss. He's really famous around here. He's funny, he's hot, he's cute but he's badboy though he gets into trouble a lot oh and also a playboy so careful" Bobby said
"Oh please it's not like either me or Nessa is gonna fall for that guy" I said
"You don't know that yet. He's pretty charming at first. My best friend, Franny dated him for like a month and he ended up cheating on her" Bobby said
"Oh wow" Nessa said
"Oh yeah so here's your locker. And I'm gonna go head to class but if either of you need anything just call my attention or something" Bobby said
"Okay thanks Bobby" Nessa said
"No problem it was nice to meet you two" Bobby said as Nessa and I open our lockers
"You've gotta admit. That Aaron guy's pretty cute"
"Nah seriously? You find him cute?" I asked
"You don't?" Nessa asked
"Pfft a hedgehog is so much cuter than he is" I said
"Okay then" Nessa said as we go to our first class is which is Chemistry.
The bell rang and we still weren't in our class, we were lost until we found it a couple mins later.
We enter the room with people staring at us. Dang it was uncomfortable as heck. I hate being stared at
