The next day
Roni's POV.
Nessa, Hannah, Emily, Franny, Jacob, Bobby and I were walking together in the hallway talking and laughing. Then we see Aaron pass us
"Hey Roni" Aaron said with a smile as I said hi back and he keeps walking
"What was that?" Franny asked
"Well he's in a good mood" Franny said
"So Roni you didn't spill any tea that happened yesterday. So what happened?" Hannah asked
"It was boring. And we barely talked" I said lying
"Barely talked?oh really? Well what was that smile he gave you awhile ago?" Emily asked
"We talked. As friends. Just as that" I said
"You guys are friends now?" Jacob asked
"Uh uh no no that's bad news Roni" Nessa said
"He's not that bad you know" I said
"Woah are you seriously defending him right now?" Hannah asked
"No I'm not. He changed Han" I said
"Changed? Oh really? Look at him right now! Doesn't he have a girlfriend!? He does right? Then why the heck is he flirting with other girls" Franny said
"He broke up with her" I said
"WHEN?!" everyone asked
"Yesterday" I said
"Yesterday? When he was with you?" Nessa asked as I nod
"Did you guys do...anything????" Emily asked
"Oh no no of course not" I said
"Oh really?" Bobby asked
"Really. We just talked" I said
"Roni are we supposed to be worried about this?" Hannah asked
"Oh no. Not at all. I know what I'm doing Han dont worry" I said as she nods.
*Bell rings*
"okay we gotta go to class. I'll see you guys later" Bobby said as we said bye to each other. Nessa, Bobby, Franny and Emily walk away then me Hannah and Jacob go to our class which was History. History was the only class I didn't have with Nessa.
"Jacob can you go ahead please. I wanna talk to Roni" Hannah said
"Oh yeah sure" Jacob said kissing Hannah on the cheek then went to our classroom
"What's up?" I asked
"Did something happen between you and Aaron?" Hannah asked
"No" I said
"Roni you know you can tell me anything right?" Hannah asked
"Yeah I know and I promise you Hannah nothing happened between me and Aaron. We just talked." I said
"Okay I believe you. But promise me, you won't do anything stupid" Hannah said
"I promise" I said
"Okay come here" Hannah said hugging me as I hug back
"As a friend, I respect your decision. Always know I'm here for you okay?" Hannah asked
"Okay thanks" I said then we pulled away
"No problem" Hannah said as we go to class. I sit on my chair and she sits on hers
I look at my right and see Aaron. I smile at him and he smiles back. We make eye contact until someone calls me
