Roni's POV
"What if Aaron flirts with u again what are you gonna do?" Nessa asked
"Flirt back" I said
"You're kidding" Nessa said
"Nope I'm not" I said
"Why?" Nessa asked
"He played with so much hearts. Now it's time for me to play his" I said
"Roni this is a bad idea" Nessa said
"Let's see if it is" I said smirking as Nessa looked at me worriedly
Aaron's POV
"Damn dude that new girl really burned your ass yesterday" my friend Connor said
"Trying to play with her too aren't you?" James said
"No. I don't know. She's just different than other girls" I said
"How can u say that? You barely know her" Connor said
"IDK I just feel it" I said
"Wait do you like her?" James asked
"Hell no she's not my type. Just tryna play with her" I said
"Well nothing's new" Connor said as we all laugh
"Speaking of the devil" James said looking at a certain direction. It was Roni walking with her sister.
"Damn she looks gorgeous" I said
"What?" Connor asked
"Oh nothing. Hey I'll be right back guys" I said as I walk to Roni and Nessa
"Hey there gorgeous. Hey Nessa!" I said
"Hi!" Nessa said
"What do u want?" Roni asked
"Um...I'm gonna leave you two alone..." Nessa said leaving
"What now?" Roni asked
"So I was wondering if you wanted to grab coffee later?" I said
"Are you asking me out?" Roni asked
"Ye-" before I could finish she cut me off
"Yeah" Roni said as I smile
"No. Keep dreaming" Roni said and whispered something in my ear
"You've gotta keep trying bad boy. And also I don't like coffee" Roni whispered then walked away with a smirk
My friends walk to me and start talking
"Did I just see Aaron Burriss get rejected?" James asked
"Think you just did" I said
"Damn she's rlly hard to get huh" Connor said
"Hardest one so far" I said
"Let's get to class dude we're gonna be late" James said as I agree and we head to class. First class was Gym today.
We start stretching then our couch tells us to climb a rope then go down. It was Roni's turn. Idk why but I have every class with Roni. I'm not complaining about it though. Roni starts climbing and I start cheering
"GO RONI" I said
"Shut up" Roni said
"No" I said as she rolled her eyes
"Do you like her or something?" Hannah aka my ex said
"That's none of your business" I said
"Yes it is. She's my friend and I don't want you hurting her the same way as you hurt me" Hannah said
