Chapter 3: The Date?

Kailey's POV:
I hear a knock on the door...shoot I forgot to change my shoes. I run to my room and get sandals. I run to the door but run into the door making a huge thud.

Connor yells through the door "You okay?" I laugh and yell, "Yeah." He lets out a soft giggle that makes me smile really big.

I open the door and see Connor standing there in a really cute outfit. Is he trying to get my attention? I let out a little giggle. Then Connor say, "Do I look bad?" I shake my head. He say,"Ready?" I nod and grab my phone and walk out.

"Isn't this Kian's car?" He giggles and gets in the drivers seat. I just forget about it and get in the passenger seat. I tweet, because I am that awesome, 'This a date? Or nah?' I get a hundred favorites....wow I am popular. I follow back some of them and one girl went crazy. I laugh and put my phone away.

"So what movie to you want to see?" "Whatever you want Connor." "You can choose if you want." "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?" He laughs and nods.

When we get to the movies, we walk in and he grabs my hand. I have a shocked look on my face and he just smiles. He is seeming extra giggly today. Maybe he is flirting...I laugh again. No on flirts with me. He looks at me confused.. I just say, "I was just thinking about things."'

He buys the tickets. I tried to pay but gave up eventually. He gets popcorn and water. I won't eat the popcorn but I will drink the water. When we sit down in the theater I go to the top middle. He sits next to me but he doesn't put his arm around me or anything which is good. I just sit there watching the movie and drinking the water the whole time.

When the movie is finished I follow Connor out of the theater. He turns around and say, "Photo booth?" "Uh....sure" We go to the photo booth. I really don't like pictures but Connor asked and I wasn't gonna be rude and say no.

He gets into the booth first and I squeeze in next to him. We are inches apart......awkward. What am I gonna do?
