3) Lie

I slowly opened my eyes, and spread myself on my bed like a starfish. I rub my eyes, and look at the clock. It was about 8 in the morning, when I usually woke up. I work at a coffee shop down the road of where I live, but only on weekdays. Today was Saturday.

I sigh and check my phone. As I go through my social media, something caught my eye. On Twitter, Instagram, and even Facebook had posts about BTS disappearing. The hell...

I quickly get out of bed and turn on my tv. I live alone in an apartment in the middle of town, so I can walk pretty much everywhere. As I go into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth, I listened to the news.

"The boyband BTS has disbanded for an unknown reason. They have disappeared one day last week, not to be seen..."

My mind drifted away from my thoughts, and tears started streaming down my cheek.

Disbanded...

Why would they do that?

Without saying goodbye to their ARMYs?

I found myself on the floor, sobbing. After many hours, I have persuaded myself that I would never see them again. Together. Even though at this moment they were in South Korea, they could of fought and took their own paths. But what caused them to disband? Something bad could of happened...

I grab my phone and dialed Emma's number.

"Emma..." I whisper, trying so hard not to sob.

"Are you okay? Do you want me to come over?" She asked, worriedly.

Shoot, I don't know what to do.

"Uhh.." My voice starts to shake. "No.. it's okay. I'm okay..."

"I'm coming." Emma said, and hung up before I could say anything.

I know it's just a boy band... but they helped me so much... I take deep breaths and continue to watch the news, hoping to see the reason why they left. Nothing.

"Y/N!" Emma knocks. I wipe my tears, and open the door. Her mouth drops wide.

"Y/N... are you okay? You look... terrible.." she frowns.

I told her what happened. I was crying for over 3 hours in my bathroom, not knowing what to do. 4 hours after that, I gave up on my social medias because I knew I would cry even more then. Emma calmed me down and helped me. However, I know I'm not the only one who feels this way, though...

"Emma... lets go to a party. There's always a party in town... they have karaoke and a bar, come on. That would make me feel a bit better." I smile a bit. Emma hesitates.

"You sure? You have never drank any alcohol before..."

"Come on, Emma. I know you go to a lot of parties." I smile weakly. "I have some nice clothes. We can sing duets too!"

"Okay, lets go."

I put on a loose red shirt, tucked into some black jeans. Emma does the same but with a blue shirt. I take a deep breath. Emma likes BTS and their music and all, and listens to them as well. However, them disbanding had a big impact on me.

That won't change for long.

I open the door for Emma, and there weren't as many people than I thought would be here. Emma goes to this place every once in a while, and she usually does her solos with dancing and singing. She also knows the owner of the place. I mean, I do look a trash bag next to her.
