Light as a feather, bright as the sun
Deep as fresh air after an exhausting run
Deep as my feelings after seein her smile
Relief flooded me, making me float for a while
You saw my talent and neither feared nor screamed
Your eyes so happy I thought I had dreamed
Your face excited, your voice so clear
You are the only thing I ever held dear
Irejoiced at that sight and feared for a moment
Wishing that moment would never end
That little moment...
When you accepted me as what I am

Context: Jess holds Cacee after they skipped
Darkness, dancing at my crippled flight
Loneliness, striking my heart with might
Hated, rooted deep in my fears
Sadness, spilling the bitter tears
Losing my hope when you whisper bright
Shining like daylight in the depth of my past
Calm me down with the spell that you cast
Bring me back from the journey I did
