Chapter 9

Riker's P.O.V:

Right after I apologized for most things I did to Vanessa she went to get me a glass of water. She didn't take long to get back. When she came in she was crying into her hands and she was leaning against the door to mine and Rocky's room. "What's wrong?" I asked as I went next to her. "Your sister and my boyfriend or my ex-boyfriend were kissing in her room!" she said. I was angry by now. I stood up and stood her up to so I can go to Delly's room. I walked into Rydel's room without knocking and I saw them sitting on her bed kissing. "Rydel Mary Lynch! What is the meaning of this?" I yelled. They stopped kissing and Rydel had a shocked face. "Riker! It's not what it looks like!" she said trying to explain. "Don't say that! Vanessa even said that she saw you two kissing when she passed your room!" I yelled again. "Vanessa's here?" Ratliff asked. "Yes, I am here! How could you Ellington?" she said still crying. "You basically wouldn't let me protect you from them so then I thought it was time to move on!" he said. "You could've at least told me that!" she yelled. "Well you should've asked! Before I decided to move on back to my first crush!" he yelled back. He had a shocked face at what he realized he just said. "How is she your first crush?" Vanessa asked. "You know what! I think your right! Now since my first crush is single then I should do this to her like you did with my sister." I said. I grabbed Vanessa and pulled her into a kiss. She was shocked but then kissed back. She put her arms around my neck and I put my arms around her waist and I pulled her closer.
