After Jase left I had fallen asleep, the bed was so warm and soft. That dream I had yesterday made me realize that not matter what happened between
Jase and I, he would always be my mate and I couldn't run from that. I was laying in my bed staring at the roof when there was a knock at the door, "Come
in" I yelled. "Hey I was wondering if you wanted to go get some lunch?" Jase asked. "um ya let me get dressed one second okay?" he walked out of the room
leaving me to get dressed.I slowly walked to the window to see what it was like out hmmm looks like its gonna be cold today maybe even rain I thought.
Running to the bathroom I grabbed the brush off the sink running it through my hair before putting it in messy bun with a little pink bow on the back. Quickly
grabbing a baggy gray sweat shirt with the words "Dream on dreamer" with some ripped up jeans and a pair of brown boots.
"umm Jase I'm ready", checking one more time in the mirror I sat on the bed waiting for him to come in, "You look nice" his eyes ran over my body. Feeling a
little bit uncomfortable I said a quick thanks. I got up making my way to the door, when I felt Jase put his hand on the lower of my back and started guiding me.
I started to tense up before I felt the warm soothing feeling going through my body, trying to ignore it we walked out the house to his very expensive looking car.
"ummm do you mind if we just walked, I sorta wanna just get some fresh air" looking down I waited for him to say no ,he was looking suspiciously at me
quickly adding "I wont run away" looking up at him and turning my head to the side "I promise" I whispered. His eyes turned hard, while he gazed off clearly
arguing with him self, oh come on I said i wont run away i thought. "Please" this time I got really close to him and gave him puppy eyes, Jase looked down at
me, his eyes turning soft before i saw them look down at my lips then back up to my eyes again. Feeling my breath hitch in my throat I quickly back away, "I
guess, as long as you keep your promise" he started walking away before turning around to see if i was coming. "scouts honor" while saluting I began to
giggle. Clearly amused with my dorkyness "Come on you dork" he was smirking, while walking I stuck both of my hands in the sweater's pockets and started
to sing, My stomach tired in knots by sleeping with sirens.

While singing the last part, I looked straight into Jase's eyes because it was true I couldn't live with out him, "Im sorry" I whispered while my eyes
started to get blurry filled with tears. By the time I finished saying sorry Jase pulled me into his chest and now the tears wouldn't stop falling. "I'm sorry" was
all I kept repeating while I let him hug me ,I could feel his warmth cave in on me. All I could think was it felt so good to be in his arms, "No no don't be its my
fault I should have never done or said those things to you" resting his chin on my head my stomach made a big grumbling sound. "opps sounds like your still
hungry" I began to laugh "haha yes", wiping my tears away with the end of the jacket sleeve, Jase pulled me into his side, we were still walking when I heard
him say "Don't cry, beautiful girls shouldn't cry". I began to blush hiding my face in his long sleeve shirt, "Thank you" i mumbled still hiding.
We arrived at a cute little old dinner on the out skirts of town, walking in I could smell pancakes cooking "yummy! it smells really good" my mouth
watered. Jase lead me to a table in the corner by the window, we had just sat down when a lady with lots of make up on and one of those uniform dresses
came to our table. "what can I getcha" she said while popping her gum, "Pancakes with bacon please" I said while smiling big. I hadn't noticed it began to rain
so I sat there watching the rain drops slide down the window, lost in my own world I was brought back into reality when Jase snapped his fingers in my face.
"HEY! that's not very nice" I pouted, "sorry I was calling you name like 5 times" he batted his eyelashes saying "I sowey" in a baby voice. Laughing I patted
his hand "there, there you got my attention now and by the way your cuteness doesn't work on me" I winked. "Is that right?" he asked smiling, "mhm" after I
said that the food had came. Catching the scent of bacon I medially shoved it on my mouth, "wow these are some huge pancakes" grabbing the syrup I started
pouring a lot on the pancakes sticking my tongue out a little as I poured it. "You know you cute when you do that" opps forgot he was here I started to blush
"I uhh like syrup", He chuckled "I can tell". Looking at his plate he was eating an omelet and cutting it into tiny pieces, I laughed to myself "What?" Jase asked
while catching me staring, "Oh nothing", he frowned at my comment.
After we finished eating, Jase pulled out some money and payed the lady "what now?" Jase asked while he held the door open for me. "thank you and well i
don't know, can we just head back" I asked. "sure" he responded, walking back we talked about random topics and just laughing here and there. It felt really
good to just be myself with him, arriving at the house and heading inside I could smell the sent of cheap whore perfume as I would like to call it. I had made it
it into the kitchen before I heard "WHAT IS SHE DOING OUT OF HER DOG CAGE?!" I knew that voice so well, growling with my eyes turning purple I
could feel my wolf coming out, turning around I saw Megan standing there with her hand on her hips. Jase had gone up stairs to grab movies, so it was just
me and this pig down here all alone. Still growling I stalked toward her like she was my prey "wanna say that again bitch?" I hissed, smirking she began to say
"Gladly I said wha-" she didn't get to finish because I had tackled her throwing punch at her face I was very proud to hear the sound of her nose breaking.
She was bleeding all over her face while screaming "GET OFF OF ME!" and "HELP!" I was about to punch her again when Jase came down pulling me off of
her. My wolf instantly calmed down by the feeling of her mate near, "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!" Jase screamed at me. I could feel my self
getting angry again "well that disgusting thing down there was pissing me off" I growled, "so you decided to start punching her" I could tell he was not happy
with me. Hes taking her side over his mate! my wolf yelled at me and now I was beyond pissed, eyes turning purple with my fangs starting to come out. I
turned to Jase, darkly I said "and just when thing start to get better, you prove to me you don't care for me at all." I slowly walked toward a bleeding Megan
with a smirk on her face "Better watch your back I ain't afraid to kill you" with that said I ran out the backdoor and changing into my deadly wolf.
