At the volcano, Scar and Ushari were discussing their next ideas and plans on taking over the Pridelands.

"THIS WAR IS TAKING TO LONG USHARI, WE HAVE TO CHANGE OUR GAME PLAN TO SUCCEED IN TAKING OVER THE PIRDELANDS". Scar demanded.

"don't worry scar, we will eventuality ssssucceed in our goal in taking over the Pridelands. Just as you wanted, we just need to adjust our tacticssss." Ushari hissed

Scar thought about what he said and started to think that the way how they fight is not working.

"HMMMM, I SUPPOSE YOUR RIGHT. WE DO NEED TO CHANGE HOW WE FIGHT, SO THE LION GUARD WILL NEVER DEFEAT US." Scar agreed.

Ushari smiled evilly, knowing that the lion guard will not able that handle the new methods of their army tactics.

"BUT..." Scar said, knowing there's something that must be sorted out.

"HOW AM I GOING TO MOVE AROUND MORE, I CAN ONLY MOVE WHEN THERE IS FIRE AND LAVA. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY I CAN BE INDEPENDENT WITHOUT THE NEED OF MY ARMY TO LIGHT FIRES, SO I CAN BE FREE OF THIS PRISON"

Ushari started thinking on how to solve scar predicament. Unlike the Great Lions of the Past which can travel anywhere in the sky. Scar is part of the evil Lions of the Past, which means they can only travel when there is fire or lava around. Then something ticked in Ushari's mind.

"I got it, if you can control the lava in the volcano, then why not control the fireeee. You would be able to make fire, which means you can free from the volcano. You will be Powerful, And the Prideland will be oursssss".

Scar though about it, he then starts to think it a great idea. If he can control the lava, he can control the fire.

"BRILLIANT IDEA USHARI, YOU HAVE DONE WELL. YOULL BE REWARED FOR YOUR EFFORTS, IF THIS WORKS. ONCE IM FREE, THE PRIDELANDS WILL BE OURS.

Ushari felt proud that he gave scar an idea. He would be able to rule alongside with scar in the Pridelands, and he would get his revenge against the lion guard for all the torment he got from them, especially Bunga.

The rest of Scar army arrive at scar's lair, unhappy that they failed to get rid of Jasiri, but also that Janja and his clan had backstabbed them and chose to be part of the resistance.

Scar noticed They were back.

"SO, DID YOU MANAGE TO KILL THE HYENA".

Reirei steps forward, Nervous of what scar is going to do next. "No scar, we didn't".

Scar was Furious "IDIOTS" bursts of lava went up. The army crouching in fear from his anger.

"I GAVE YOU A SIMPLE TASK TO FULFIL, AND STILL YOU COULD NOT EVEN-!!"

He then notices that Janja and his clan was not there, He begins to wonder what happened to them. Have they been captured?

"WHERE IS JANJA AND MY HENYAS?"

Scars army was starting to become anxious, Afraid on who should be the one to tell scar that Janja had betrayed them. They don't like giving him bad news, and this was the worst news he would ever hear.

"WELL!?" Scar Demanded.

Reirei had to tell him, otherwise he would burn them. "Ok we'll tell you.... Uhhh... Janja"

"YESSSSS...?"

Reirei gulped, Preparing for his rage. "He...... turned on us. He and his clan defected to the Resistance"
