This is my headcanon of Janja's new crew. In this version, the Lion Guard find out a dark secret that they're never been told, Simba isn't the noble king they think he is. He is actually a racist genocidal tyrant who murders those who stand up to him. Upon hearing this they lose their loyalty towards Simba, they then team up Jasiri, Janja, Mzingo and their followers to take Simba down. But before they can do that, they have to defeat Scar and his army of Outlanders.

One night before the final battle with the Outlanders, the volcano collapsed and Scar mysteriously vanished. However, it did not change the fate of Kion, who was killed by Ushari's venom during the battle. In an alternative universe Scar Survived the hyenas, ushari helped him get better, they got married and wanted a son, and with the help of Mufasa, Hades and Persephone they got a son, Kion, but their happy family was short lived, scar was killed by Hercules and Kion was cub-napped by Simba, now Ushari and the Spirit of his husband must find a way to get their son back, and when Kion finds out he's been lied too, the tables with turn on Simba

What if Kion and Lion Guard were able to prevent Scar from being revived? What if Mufasa and Askari sent someone to help Lion Guard realize their mistake of mistreating Ushari? This is an alternative story of Season 2: The Rise of Scar
