Reader's POV

The beeping was what awoke me
Flashes of previous events flickering in my head like a light that's being turned on and off repeatedly..

Slowly sitting up made the room around me clear.

The room was all white with a few machines around me, there was also a mirror?

Wires connected to my body that connected to the machines.

Where was i?

Who was I?

Those questions kept swirling around my head

One by one, I tore the wires off of me, blood dripping down my arm as I stood.

I began to feel dizzy, perhaps from blood loss.

As I stumbled onto my knees, a door opened and people rushed in.

They grabbed my arms roughly as they pulled me up forcing me back into the bed.

And then I blacked out.

360 days

Numbers

It's all about the numbers

360 days i'd been here

They put me here to make me feel better but with every passing day

Hour

Minute

Second

I felt myself become crazier and crazier.

This wasn't a place you'd go to become better
This was a place you'd go to, to never leave.

This was a place called hell.

I'd heard the sound of doctors rushing around so many times that whenever they'd go passed, i'd always hear them

They didn't go passed often
But today they did.

There was a mirror next to the door

A 'mirror'

I knew it was a window so they could watch us.

The feeling of being watched without knowing it made shivers go down my spine

I hated it

A new person arrived yesterday.
The empty room beside me was now in use.
Whether it was a boy or a girl, I did not know
I did not care.

The doctors went into their room today, the sounds were muffled but the person didn't seem to put up a fight.

I tore away my attention back to the colourful mess in front of me

Numbers littered the floor in different colours

The occasional sentence being wrote
'Get me out of here'

'I going crazy'

'This is hell'

'H E L P. M E'
