2. Missed

"Ash? Is that really you?" I asked the boy that was standing in front of me.

"Serena? Serena! It's actually you!" He said,grabbing me into a tight hug,which I returned.

I looked down at the barking rockruff,I bent down on my knees to pet it. "Hey there you. Your so cute." I said ruffling it's fur.

"Rockruff this is Serena,she's one of my friends" ouch..I just got friend zoned.

"So Ash how are you? I haven't seen you in like a year! What are you doing here in Alola?"

"I'm great! I come to school here,I've got a z-ring!" He said holding up his arm so I could see the z-ring on his wrist.

"Cool!"

"Wanna hang out?" He asked. You see,in my head I'm freaking out,my hearts exploded already,and my brain isn't working anymore.

"Um,s-sure." I replied.

The rest of the day we hung out at the beach,it got pretty late so everyone that was there left. Just leaving Ash and I. The sun was going down,and the sky was orange with a little red and yellow here and there. The waves coming to shore then returned to the ocean.

We were just sitting on the sand,our feet in the water. Both of us in our swim suits. Ash just had on a green shorts that had the word 'POKEMON' on both sides. No shirt.

"It's beautiful" he mumbled staring at the sun.

"It is. It really is." I said,dropping my head on my hands onto the sand. Ash following after. We kinda just lied there,talking and laughing.

"Okay,well it's getting late so I should get home. Bye Ash." I said standing up and waving to him.

"Bye Serena" he said. I got all my bags and stuff and took off running home. When I got home I jumped into the shower,changed into my pajamas and went straight to bed,I didn't fall asleep straight away. I started thinking again about how I'm gonna tell Ash. Maybe I won't.

Then I fall asleep. And dreamt about Ash and I getting married. I've had this dream many times and every time it's a completely new story of how and why and when and I just love it.
