"Uh.. um uh.. uh h-h-hi A-A-A-Ash." I stuttered. I looked at him, noticing how incredibly close he was to me. We starred at each other for about 2 minutes till he broke out into a goofy smile and started giggling.
Like a girl.
A high girl.
A high teenage girl.
Okay....
" You don't have to be so serious all the time, you know?" He said,still giggling.
"Well, you don't have to.... You don't have to mess all the time, you know?" I retorted.
I walked out the room, closing the door behind me. I'm going on a date with Ash. ASH. DATE. AHHHHHH.
Ash hooks his arm with mine, looks down at me and smiles. "Shall we go?" He asks in his best British accent. (Spoiler alert:He failed)
"Yes we shall." I say in my way better British accent.
When we got to the restaurant we started talking about what we missed over the years. He told me all about the new friends his made over the years, and how many other people he has met.
He seemed really happy talking about all his new friends,and it made me sad that I wasn't there with him over that period of time.
"Um Serena, you've got a bit of...of um.. "
"huh what?"
"of lipstick.. Right.. Right there" he said, pointing to somewhere on my face. I obviously missed it because he leaned forward, over the table.
For some reason, it all went in slow motion. He's eyes caught mine as he leaned over. He lifted his hand, and wiped off a bit of lipstick from my upper lip.
He didn't move afterwards, he just stood there. We starred into each other's eyes for a few minutes. And just when I thought he was leaning in he....
