Ahsoka awoke to the sound of blaring alarms. She jolted up, bringing her lightsabers to her and ignited them. As Anakin turned the corner to enter her room, he stopped, stunned at the sight of lightsabers. He has almost forgotten what a real lightsaber looked like, the elegance in their design. It had been so long since he was a small boy with a dream to become a Jedi. He crossed his arms. "What are you doing?"

"What is that noise?!" Ahsoka yelled over the alarms.

"I was trying to wake you up to tell you breakfast is ready. Did you know you're a very sound sleeper?" Anakin smirked. Ahsoka gave him a look. "Alright, alright, you got me. It's an early warning system. Jabba's henchmen scum are headed this way."

"Why?"

"That's not important right now. I need you to hide. If they find a Jedi here, supposing what you said about the Jedi Order is true, Jabba will make a lot of money handing you over to the right people."

"But I can help you-"

"No, Ahsoka, if you want to help, hide, that's all I ask. His henchmen cannot know you're here."

"Anakin, what have you gotten yourself into?"

He grit his teeth, and turned and headed for the front door. "Just hide."

Ahsoka sighed, and deactivated her lightsabers. She hid inside the closet in her room, and hoped the henchmen wouldn't be searching the house. Despite the improper timing, Ahsoka pulled out the comlink Obi-Wan gave her and activated it. "Master Kenobi, this is Padawan Tano, please respond," she said softly. "And respond quietly if you don't mind."

"This is Ben," Obi-Wan answered groggily. "And responding quietly shouldn't be a problem. I'm assuming you're on Tatooine since you're calling at 0200 hours. Have you found Anakin?"

"Yes, Master Kenobi, but there's a problem."

"What kind of problem?"

"Well, there's two, actually. The first, Anakin can't send me home."

"And why not?"

"Because, Master, he has barely any force training. Even though he's the Chosen One, I can't see any possible way he could send me back."

"And there is your problem."

"What?"

"You are convinced this phenomenon is purely of the Force, but you're completely ignoring the fact that it could be technological."

"But you sent me here because Anakin is the Chosen One! You must've thought that he could-"

"Ahsoka, did I ever say I had you seek out Anakin because he was the Chosen One?"

"Not directly, but-"

"Ah! Did I or didn't I?"

Ahsoka sighed. "No, you didn't."

"There, you see?"

"But you did say that my wish to be brought home led me to the Jedi, therefore you must've-"

"Ahsoka, your longing to be sent home was more than evident in your presence in the Force. You, more than anything, wanted your Master's help, and no matter how unaware or subconscious the act was, your longing for your Master's help led you to the Jedi to find him, even if others told you he was dead."

Ahsoka was silent for a while. She was doing exactly what her Master wouldn't want her to do. She never realised that she had grown so dependent on Anakin. "So what do I do?"

"You've found a technological genius, perhaps the technological genius. He can help you. Now, we've solved you're first problem, why don't we take a whack at the other one, shall we?"
