After receiving a quick reply na wala, I immediately sent a Facetime request... Ughhhh...

Kiefer: Hey babe! What's up?

Mika: Really? What's up?

Kiefer: Whoa, ano ginawa ko? Ano kasalanan ko? Did I forget something...?

Mika: How much of our conversations do you actually share to Tin?

Kiefer: Uhmmmmmm... Onti lang naman.... Why?

Mika: Uh, do check Tin's Twitter. Go ahead, check right now, I'll wait...

After awhile...

Kiefer: Ang sweet kaya...

I was just looking at him thru the phone with an expressionless face.

Kiefer: Wag ka na magalit, you know she's just teasing and she means well...

Mika: Hindi kasi sa kanya issue ko eh, mejo sayo kasi...

Kiefer: Meron ka ba? Kaya ka ba sinusumpong? Totoo naman sinabi ko ha...

Flashback

Mika: Bakit ba kasi kailangan naka-blindfold ako??

Kiefer: Ano pa't tinawag na surprise di ba?

Mika: 'Pag ako natalisod ha...

Kiefer: Don't worry, I'm holding on to you...

I just tightened my grasp onto him; I know we were going to their garden pero I'm still scared of tripping.

Kiefer: Just two more steps... Ok, stop!

He then removed my blindfold...

Mika: ...

Kiefer: Hey, say something naman o... I know you're not wholly comfortable going and being seen outside and now that we're together, but I still wanna do something special for you. Pero if you prefer na we eat out, ok lang din...

I hugged him and murmured "This is perfect."

He let out a sigh of relief and led me to the picnic mat-covered grass...

Mika: May kasama talagang picnic basket huh?

Kiefer: Syempre, even if sa garden lang namin tayo, I still wanted it to feel as authentic an experience as possible.

I simply smiled at him. This was a very simple gesture, but it touched me, knowing he prepared this with my insecurities and needs in mind.

After eating the filling merienda he's prepared for us, nahiga na lang muna ko sa mat when he left to get something from upstairs.

When he came back, he brought me several books - if nabobore daw ako...

How can I get bored with him? Napakamaalaga and thoughtful niya...
