Keith's Pov

"Hey man you okay?" Shiro asks me after he finally got me calm enough to speak.
"Does it look like I'm okay?" I say in an unamused tone. "Why did they leave me shiro? Why does everyone leave me!" I ask said man knowing he couldn't answer the question.
"You know I can't answer that keith...they screwed up a perfectly good child. Speaking of which have you had the nightmare recently?" He asks me his voice practically dripping with concern. I just nod and hope he takes it as an agreement to both statments. He just nods, and rubs my back, which is a notorious thing he does to calm me down when I get all worked up like this. "Hey shiro go get someone to talk to lance, he seems like he's going through some shit too." Shiro nods again before standing up and walking out the door leaving me to listen to my music and self medicate which I will leave at that.

Lance's Pov

I sit in my room sulking over my family, earth, and how cute keith I- Shut up brain no one asked for that. "I really need to apologize to him he already feels like I actually hate him..." I say standing to walk towards my door
"Knock knock, you best have pants on cause I'm coming in" I hear pidge say before they open my door. "Look bud shiro told me to come talk to you, he said he thinks you're going through some things and that you should be able to talk to us about it and if not us then me and hunk. So just tell me whats going on. You Know im not good at the whole... feelings thing." They sigh and sit down on my bed.
"Im just a little homesick is all, i miss my family and earth." I spout in a dejected tone. Pidge smiles and laughs.
"That doesn't explain why you pushed keith, what else is going on because ive known you for a long time now and i've seen you homesick, I've never seen you act like this, or atleast I Haven't seen it since that one girl you had been talking to that went to some other school while we were in the garrison, brooklyn I think her name was." Pidge smirks "So who is the lucky girl, and dont say allura because... we all know that she would turn you down in a heartbeat"
( sorry for the intrusion but, Cue the coughing fit of awkward!)
"What! No! Crush!" I choke out through a fit of nervous laughter I know full well who I have a crush on but that doesn't mean pidge has to know too.
"Yeah sure, whatever man but you know you can talk to me about it if you need to and until then, I shall promptly make fun of both of you for crying like babies." Pidge says with a mischievous grin. Before patting me on the back and standing up to leave. "Oh and by the way allura is sending us in pairs to different planets so that coran and her can fix some kind of issue inside the castle, I hope I get shipped off alone. No offense but I'd prefer to work on my lion in peace" the sarcastic green paladin says with a grin on their face. They walk out.
"Shit I hope I get hunk. He can make food out of anything. And I swear to all that is holy if I get stuck with mullet I'll fucking loose it. That boy is going to be the death of me..." I lay back and close my eyes suddenly exhausted and completely unprepared for tomorrow.
