"Ya, Mina."
"What is it?"
"You did it on purpose right?"
"What?"
"The thing you asked Wendy. It wasn't her job."
"But it's true no one is helping me. And she voluntarily helped so we're even."
Sana and Mina were having a serious conversation after she excused herself from the bar and texted Mina to meet her in the kitchen.
"I know you're trying to get some privacy for the two of us."
Mina finally smiled widely, giving her some finger hearts. "You guys are lovey dovey, can't you see?"
"Lovey dovey my ass. I can't work anymore if he keeps coming and sit on the bar... STARING AT ME LIKE THAT. I BARELY BREATHE NORMALLY."
"lmao, well, we didn't expect him in the beginning, right? Girl, he's into you. Why won't you just accept that."
"He IS freaking nice and charming, I know! But I'm still not ready for another heartbreak, okay?"
Mina held her hands and intertwined with hers. "Trust me," she said, "he's a keeper."

Sana came back with plates of pastries in her hands. Wendy helped her putting the cakes in the display.
Sana felt Mark's eyes watching every steps she made, she felt uneasy receiving all the stares from him it's like calling her for attention. Or maybe it's just her thinking too much?
As soon as she was done, she got back to the bar looking at Mark who was still staring at her, wondering what he was thinking the whole time.
"Umm... Is there something on my face?" She asked shyly.
'Man, the person I want to scream at for bumping into me last week, is in front of me now. Look at how she moves her body and her sweet honey voice talks to others, it's so pleasing to see and hear. How could I be mad at her?' He thought to himself before giving her another answer,
"No. It's just that I've been wanting to tell you about something but maybe next time... Because, you see.." He turned to his side and looked at Jackson who was standing in the corner with his dark aura surrounding him, making Mark shivered. "I think your male friend keeps eyeing on me because I keep distracting you from work. I might be back to my original place again, you know, that table outside."
"Don't mind him, he's always like that." She giggled seeing the look of Jackson was throwing at them. She knew Jackson was trying to protect her from every guy who tries to get near his best friend. Well, he did that because of Sana's previous ex that made him so protective like now. And maybe he has another reason for himself. Maybe. Who knows.
"It's already time. I should get to work now." He said after he checked his watch.
"Y-yeah, okay..."
"Good bye, Sana-ssi, it was nice talking to you... Oh and I wish you good luck." He smiled mysteriously before he left the cafe.
"...Thank you?" Sana tilted her head, she was puzzled why would he wish her luck?
She watched him leaves the cafe. Even though they have only talked for few times but that man was really something. She never expected to enjoy his company. She felt like today was the best conversation that she has ever had.
On the contrary, she felt anxious by the things he had said to her. Something sweet, like giving a drop of hint, but, you're not sure whether he's serious or not.
Does he really like her? Or was he just joking around to create a friendly atmosphere between them?
"From my point of view, he likes you." Wendy said, as if she could read Sana's mind.
"What? Me? Come on... There's no way that can happen."
"Then if you don't want him, can I have him?" She asked straightforwardly.
Wendy was so serious that Sana thought she went a bit too far. But she just shrugged it off and laughed halfheartedly.
"Ahaha, seriously, Wendy..."
Sana looked at her surrounding and spotted Jackson at the cashier who was looking bitter ever since Mr. Mark walked in and sat on the bar. She was thinking so hard why Jackson kept looking sternly at him the whole time...
Then it hit her..
'Oh great. He must have been mad because I kept having conversation with Mr. Mark instead of working..... Why Are you so dumb, Sanaaa! '
She facepalmed for her stupidity.

"Thank you Sana for supervising Wendy. You just have to do this for a week to see her working capability. I see that she's easy to adapt here, but one thing she missed is she doesn't smile and kinda stiff." Said Yugyeom. After Sana's morning shift was over she came to his office room and reported him of today's evaluation.
"It's her charms. She's quite popular. I see that many people ask for her number today."
"Well, everyone has their own uniqueness." He said, "I'm so glad I always choose the right person. Here's your check today. I'm giving you bonus for your best performance at work."
"Thank you Mr. Kim!" She startled as she could feel her envelope thicker. "Oh yeah. Mr. Kim, can I have a day off tomorrow? I have an audition to take."
"Ah.. Jackson told me about that next play audition. It's tomorrow already? Well, since Wendy is here then I don't need to find a substitute. But will you come back the day after tomorrow?"
"Mr. Kim, I'm not leaving anywhere. Don't worry, Wendy is a fast learner."
"I know. I've seen her. She's good. But you're better. Good luck for tomorrow, Sana-ssi."
