Insomnia

where are you?

you've gone farther away this time 

i reach for you 

you slip through the cracks

please!

don't turn from me

don't leave me without your touch

just...

please!

i can't tell who i am 

especially in your absence

will you ever come back?

i wrack my mind

is this day?

the shadows swallow me whole

is this night?

it's so bright

but yet i can't see

can i wake?

i don't remember falling
