After singing, Mrs Red made us all an amazing dinner. At the dinner table I found out that the winner of the show would be singing Wake me up when September ends at the last football games of the season in front of the whole school. Also Luke invited me and Gus to their party on Friday. I said I would think about it as I'm not much of a party person.

Todays Friday. I had my first Pe lesson of the weeks, it was last period. "Okay everyone we are going to be track, 800m" Miss Shorter screams out the top her voice. My time to shine!! I was in a pair of black shorts and a black polo top, everyone in the class was wearing the same. I also had my lucky black running shoes on. "Ally" Harry, Gus and Jack ran towards me,
"Hey ready to get beat by a girl?" I teased, girl and boy don't run together as of course it would be unfair but looking around at most of the boys in the field, I could beat them. Miss Shorter told us that it would go a group of girl then boys, till we were done. She also told everyone that we would be here till everyone had run so to do it quickly. I was put into the last race along with some other girls but to my luck they were all the girly girls pop stars, Harry and Gus were put in the race before so I sat down with them.
When it came around to their race, I finally looked at the times, No one had beaten the 2 minute mark yet. The best was 3:25 which was done by one of the football team best players.

Miss Shorter told us we could listen to music while we ran, so as we were lining up to start I put on a fast track to help me go. Suppermassive Black Hole by Muse. As the whistle went my body took over and sprinted to the music. While running I lapped some of the girls which made me chuckle, I also saw that the year above football started to play a game. I spotted Luke and of course he spotted me, giving me a wink as I reach the line for my last lap. Harry and Gus were screaming my name. I finally got to the 100m line and I could feel my legs giving way, I was so tired but I still pushed myself over the finish line. Gus pulled me into a large sweaty hug, "think you beat me?" Harry cockily smirked at me
"Yeah did she how many times I passed them girls" I push his shoulder then sunk to the ground waiting for the other girl to finish.
Once the last girl passed the line Miss Shorter shouted out our times. My name came right at the end "Ally Hutch" I screwed my eyes shut "2:36" At least I beat Harry
"Get changed and your free to go" Miss Shorter told us all. As I, Gus and Harry walked away, Luke came running towards us "Well done Ally, heard you beat all the boys put them all to shame" Luke glared at Harry "So are you coming tonight?" I shake my head no and he frowns "come on please, we are going to have so much fun, I'll look after you" Luke winked at me and I could feel myself blushing "Okay" I smiled at him. His face lit up like a child on Christmas day. He winked at me again before running back to the field.

"Wear that one" Mary orders, I was trying to find a dress to wear to the party. I was in Kate walk in wardrobe. I was holding up a pair of high waisted white shorts and a black crop top that look more like a bra but Mary insisted it was a crop top. "Really but it shows so much belly" I moan, I wanted to wear some jeans. "Put it on" She screams, I got changed in my room while she got changed in my bathroom. Mary came out wearing a black strapless dress that stopped mid-thigh. "Hair and Makeup" I groan, "Sit" God that girl is getting bossy.
After half an hour my hair was completely straight, I had a small line of black eye liner on the top of my eye, large eyelashes and a light pink lip-gloss on. "Err pink" I mutter. Mary left her hair natural, put top and bottom eye liner, rosy cheeks and also the same lip-gloss as me. "So Luke huh?" Mary poked my shoulder
"Yeah what about him?" I acted like I knew nothing but I could help my smile.
"You like him" we were acting like silly school girls. I nod, hoping she wouldn't see. She screamed "you have to dance with him tonight"
"No way, he's not into me I'm in the year below" I protested
...
"You ready?" Gus popped his head into my room door as I slipped my white converse on after having an argument with Mary about not wearing high hills as they would kill my feet. Gus eyes went wide as they landed on Mary "Wow Mary ...you... you..." he stumbled over his words. As I walked out the room I had to push Gus's jaw up, so he didn't look as perv.

Dad drove us to the party and whole time we was complaining about my outfit saying that it showed to much skin. "Gus you watch your sister, don't let anyone touch her or Mary Okay?" My father told us as we got out the car, Gus saluted my father. I think the only person who will be touching Mary tonight is Gus.
