"—and that's why Cake can stretch."
Ring
The bell Finally rang, Leo got his things and walked outside the door as fast as he could. Blake caught this sight and stuffed everything into his bag, he didn't even bother to say goodbye to his friends and just ran.
"Leo!" Blake Called. "Leo!"
The vampire didn't even dare to look at Blake , he just kept walking until he saw his locker. Blake decided to just Run. He caught up to Leo just as he was about to open the door to their locker.
"Leo just listen to me!" Blake pleaded. "Leo I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
"Blake!" He yelled. The older kept blocking the locker door.
Leo pushed him aside and opened it in a hurry. "Leo please." The younger grabbed all five, two inches thick, books. He then closed the door and tried to walk away.
"At least let me carry those Leo." Blake asked following behind the vampire. "I know those are heavy."
Leo stopped abruptly, he smacked the books onto Blake's chest and started walking again, holding onto the sides of his backpack.
"Leo you can't stay mad at me forever."
Leo showered down his pace, it was true, he knew eventually he'd have to talk to Blake. "Leo, I'm begging you just please talk to me".
The Flame prince wrapped his arms around Leo's waist, burring his head in his shoulders.
The younger blushed, they were in the middle of the hallway and people were starring. "B-Blake we're in the hallway." He whispered.Blake let go and roughly pulled Leo to the side, they made it into a big maintenance closet.
"Blake! What do you think you're doing?" Leo questioned, struggling to get out of Blake's grasp.
"Trying to talk to you! Duhhh.." The older responded with flushed eyebrows. Leo rolled his eyes and attempted to make another tun for it, but Blake grabbed him before he could go and locked the door.
"Would you quit it?" Blake said in a stern voice. "I just want to talk."
Leo growled. "There is nothing to talk about you imbecile! Just let me go already!"
"No!" Blake yelled. Leo jerked up, Blake has never ever yelled at him like that, he was usually so sweet and passive. Leo lowered his head In sadness and stopped struggling.
"Honestly! What is wrong with you?!" The older continued to yell. "You act like the whole kingdom's been destroyed! Leo, I'm sorry okay? But you can't just go around acting like you've been cheated on by your girlfriend. Stop being so damn sensitive already! I'm not always going to be early or on time so you'll just have to suck it up and—"
Blake abruptly stopped his outburst once his gaze shifted to the smaller boy in front of him.
"I'm sorry.." Leo Cried. Tears fell from his eyes as he cried on his sleeve. "I'm sorry.. I know it's annoying how clingy I am, o-or how much I over react. I'm really selfish, but it's just hard, Blake."
Leo sniffed. "I-It's hard because you've m...made so many friends lately and I feel like I'm the outcast. I-I don't see you as much anymore and you've changed so much. Blake... I'm..I'm..I'm really sorry, but it's just so difficult to take in. Y-You've been my only friend since first grade and... and I didn't want that to change...B-But it's okay , you don't have to be my friend—"
"Hmmfp!" Leo felt something on his lips. Opening his eyes he finally saw Blake firmly pressing his lips onto Leo's.
Leo felt his heart skip a beat. His first kiss. His first kiss was stolen by none other than his best friend.
And it felt amazing.
"Listen Leo, Don't you ever doubt my loyalty to you. Got that?" Blake said parting but quickly placing a kiss on Leo's forehead. "You are and will always be the most important person to me okay?"
Leo Nodded slightly, tears still falling from his eyes. He was still a shocked by the kiss.
Blake smiled softly at him and pulled the younger in for a hug. "I'm sorry. I've just been thinking a lot lately."
"It's okay." Leo whispered. "It's about your birthday isn't it?
Blake chuckled. "Yeah." Sometimes he wonders if Leo can read his mind. "I..I want you to go. I really do, but you know how it goes."
Leo frowned. "I'm sorry."
"Me too."
"Oh and Leo?" Blake Called.
"You're mine now."
