1 year later
It's been a year since I met star & Vicky.
Yes I gave them nicknames. We started the organization "demon cross" we are the only defenders when it comes to the council.

We are the Co leaders, but I am the only one known to the world.

"Lilly we have a request" josh stormed through my office doors.

Josh joined 6 months ago he was 15, the council was gonna execute him. He's a nymph.

"What species and what do we have to do?"

"Werewolf's, they need some help with rouges or the council gonna step in"

"Werewolf's? What pack?"

"Blood moon"

"Gather Star & Vicky, inform the wolves will be there within the day."

With that I walk
out of my office to the strategy room. It's big enough to fit around 25 people. A table with a map in the middle of the room, chairs surrounding the table.

After a few minutes Victoria walks in with a spring in her step. Over the year I knew Vicky she is never happy. And if she is she did something.

"Vicky?" I ask sweetly

"Yes" she asks slightly confused

"What did you do?"

She throws her hands up in the air before she could speak star walks in barely containing her laughter.

"She-pus-sh j-ay dow-n the sta-airs" she sputtered our in-between laughs.

"May I ask why?"

"He called me a pixie."

"V you have to stop pushing jay around, remember last week you gave him a black eye." I said with amusement in my voice.

"You didn't call this meeting just to talk about jay" Victoria asks with her eyebrows up.

"We will be traveling to a pack tomorrow just us 3"

"Why just us can't we have jay and josh do it"

"No we don't have ties with them yet"

"That's impossible we have ties with everyone star questions"

"Not blood-moon"

Star leaves the room, probably going to pack while Victoria starts playing flappybird on her phone. Not wanting to get caught in that I back out of the room to hear distant cussing.

We got up the next day and took and hour long flight to the pack territory lines. We got out of the taxi and made are way through the forest.

The smell of rain from last night still secant   through the path.

"Hault who goes witch, dragon, and fairy"

Turning I see a man maybe 16 brown hair, brown eyes.

"I'm Lilly cross the leader of demons cross"

"Follow me"

After about a ten minute walk we reach the pack house, the alpha outside. I approach with my hand out to him.

"You must be Lilly" he states while trying to size me up

"Yep that's me"

"Perfect let's start the meeting in my office"

"Actually I would prefer the war strategy room"
Star speaks up.

"This is?" He asked pointing to her

"That's starlight she's an elite strategist and weapons expert"

They do there greeting and we start talking until a certain unhappy fairy we know starts shouting.

We look over and she has a blade against one guys neck, a pistol pointing at another while she's wrestling to get free from another's hold.

"Who's that attacking my beta, third, and top warrior" alpha asks glaring and Victoria.

"That my dear sir is Victoria she's the best Assassin we got"

Star finally got her settled down and we made off for the war room.

After about 3 hours we learned rouges have been attacking at night, and they can't seem to sense them. The council is offering to step in but mr. Alpha here won't let them.

We also learned the alphas last name is Alphoto but everyone shortens it to alpha and won't tell anybody his first name till he meets his mate.

Victoria's POV

We arrived at the pack house while Lilly went to talk to the alpha I started to look around. A man approached he had a powerful aura he's probably he beta.

"Stop pixie"

I lost control no one calls me a pixie and get away with it i grab my knife and lunge at his throat. Before I could slice it open another man approached with a strong aura but not as strong as asshole#1 the third.
He tried to grab me but I just grabbed my pistol and pointed at him. Still trying to attack asshole 1 and 2 another asshole came and grabbed a hold of me I started to yell.

Star came over and helped me and I explained he called me a pixie and how I tried to kill him.

We walked back over to Lilly and the alpha they walked us inside and I learned ass 1 was beta, jake, ass 2 was third. Rob and ass 3 was John the top warrior.

After the meeting I took out my phone to play games, until I looked up to see alpha hovering over me while glaring at me.

" why did you attack my men"

"They called me a pixie, starting to get up to face him" he hovered over me.

"That's not a vaulted reason"

"I wanted too" I shrugged my shoulders starting toward the door.

I feel a hand grab me to pull me back and the one thing I did not want to feel, sparks.

His look of anger became one of love and his lips spread to make the one word I dreaded too hear.

"Mate"

"Nope nope nope fuck this shit I'm out" i say walking towards the door.

I hated the thoughts of a mate someone designed to love me.

The only person I had room in my heart for was my brother but then the council took him.

"Are you rejecting me?" He asked in a whimper.

That about sound right I turn to face him "i Victoria cross reject you -umm name please"

His eyes showed a glint of mischief "can't reject me if you don't know me so mate want me to show you around OUR pack."

Well fuck I just found my mate, tried to reject him and failed, and my mate is a alpha male great. Note the sarcasm.
