Triangle complications

Chapter 1

As the screech of car breaks hit my ears, I blacked out.

Beep.

Beep.

Beep.

I hated my alarm, when I opened my eyes to turn off that annoying beeping sound it wasn't my room, the room was giant, with only curtains separating the beds, it smelt like disinfectant and the beeping was getting louder and louder.

I turned to my left and looked at my arm, there where atleast 4 or 5 tubes sticking out of my poor arm...I was freaking out, I started shrieking and a woman in blue came running in. "Miss? Miss! Are you okay?" My words came out slurred and my eyes started to leak...I wasn't ready for my tears to come so fast.

"W-where am I?" I spoke with a whimper. "Miss Natalie, you're in hospital...". Suddenly all the memories came flooding back into my slowed brain.

The screech of tyres, the screaming of my family as we rammed straight into a 2004 ford fiesta. "MUM?! DAD?! DYLAN?!" I screamed. "Miss please calm dow-" "WHERE IS MY FAMILY?!?" I said sobbing, "Y-your parents uh didn't make it to the hospital in time...." she spat out slowly "because they were in the front of the car they took the most impact...but your brother however is fine but he just fell back asleep". Oh thank god I thought, I couldn't lose my twin.

my parents didn't really love me anyway so it didn't matter that they were gone. I know that makes me sound like a heartless bitch but it was true, they always thought they could but my love to make up for always traveling and leaving us behind.

Now you're probably thinking of me as a classic rich girl but I'm really not. I go to a public school, I'm super down to earth and I hate being spoiled.

"Can I see Dylan?" I spoke to the nurse quietly. "Of course sweetheart let me go wake him".
