The year is 2018 and the nation of Clockwork is a prosperous nation that has found its mark sixty-eight years ago, when the nation accidentally found the strongest material ever in the center of the North Pole. It was a white solid metal called "White Snow", fifty times stronger than any material. This material accelerated the science, and military of Clockwork for over many years ahead of every nation at the time and of all time with this jewel. Over time the nation became obsessed with gears and began to implement them into mostly everything. Their guns, their weapons, and even a secret human project with gears, I was apart of that project.
I quickly enter into a house and shut the door, locking it. I see a repair table off to the side. As I quickly run to the table, stumbling over to get there, I grab a screwdriver from inside one of the drawers and open the plate which covered my geared heart. "Come out Christine! Your dad is worried about you!" Shouted one of the police officers. I unscrew the bolts on the gears slightly and breath heavily. Smelling the air. Father. Why'd you do this to me? I thought to myself. As the footsteps of the officer began to walk away, I begin to look around the house and find a man with a double-barreled shotgun in his hands, aiming it at me. "Who the hell are you?! And how did you get in-" I go up to him, pushing the shotgun down I cover his mouth before he could say anything else. "Shh." I see a wanted poster of me on his wall, the description was accurate, short hair, female, and green eyes. I ripped the wanted poster off. "Look familiar?" "You're the girl Maximus is looking for. Christine." "that's right, now." I hit the button that was behind my left arm's thumb. My fingers extend in a v shape with a two metal bars sliding down, revealing my railgun hand cannon. I aim it at him "let me live here.." "w-what is that?" He looks very nervous "this is what my father is trying to make me. A super soldier. Clockwork, our nation's superhero.." "isn't that a good thing?" "Not if your the president's daughter." He lowers his double-barreled shotgun, I also lower my railgun cannon and press the button on my wrist of my left hand, the railgun rails retract back to my arm I cover my left arm with my long sleeve. "If you're staying." He puts his shotgun on the side of his drawer "then I should introduce myself. Names Scott Sentra. Feel free to look around." I nod. As I begun to walk around, the apartment looked nice with a few gear parts on the table and a white wall. He also had a fan, a couch, and a small rectangle box with a glass on top of it, inside was some sort of metal wheel and white gears, with a wind-up gear. "That's my great grandpa's music box.. he bought it back in 1980's." I grab the box and sit down on a gilded recliner. I begin to play it, as it plays a familiar tune. "What does it play?" "It plays aloha oʻe.. it was a song about the Hawaiians dying out-" "I know what it's about." I say interrupting him. "So." He Opens his fridge and takes out a beer bottle, walks over to me and sits down on the couch. "Why is the richest and most known girl in all of Clockwork in my house? And why can't you just, fly out of the nation?" "First of all, your house door was unlocked, you should've locked it. Second, I have to stay concealed because if authority's find me they will change me. When they changed the heart to gears, and my left arm into a railgun. I.. Was awake for it and it. The whole thing. And it wasn't fun." "Look, I'm not here to house a refugee. I'm sorry." He says, I look up at him and begin to scan his profile and background with my eye contact analyzer. "You. Had a wife?" He pops open the beer bottle and drinks. "And adopted a daughter, so what happened-" he slams the beer bottle on the coffee table. "Shut up, I know what you're doing. You're looking at my history. Trust me, you're not going to be happy about what you find.." He extends his hand out to the beer bottle "no thanks, besides I'm not allowed to dri-" he grabs the bottle and goes up to me, standing in front of me. "How about this." He continues to drink for a few seconds then stops "you can stay here, for one night, and that's it. Got it?" I nod "good." He Walks away, drunkenly stumbling around to his room. I get up and stand at the entrance to the living room. I blink my eyes as the contact lens changes modes from analyze to a mode called A.I.S.A. or analyzed infrared surrounding area, enabling me to see any event or history of a setting with infrared, and also analyze people's face, as well as recreate the scene to see what happened. I see four figures in the room in infrared, a man, a woman next to him and a young girl next to him. I walk to the woman's face, as it goes through face recognition check, her name is Laura Sentra with the words deceased under her name. I look at the young girl and run her face through the recognition check too. Kelly Robinson, Deceased. "Recreation footage." As the contact lens goes through recorded footage of what happened. I see a man with a mask on entering the room with a revolver in his hand, Scott rushes out of the room, Laura blocks Scott from getting shot he aims his gun at Kelly then shoots again, putting two holes into Kelly and Laura. Scott aims his shotgun up and doesn't hesitate, he pulls the trigger down twice shooting both barrels. He drops his gun over to Laura and Kelly. Holding there lifeless bodies, crying. I close my eyes and open my eyes again, to stop using my eye contact lens and begin to slowly cry, as I get up and close all the curtains.
