Months later, Evelyn woke up. She flew up, choking and crying. Helen flew to her side and hugged her. She rubbed hearts on Evelyn's back and whispered kindly, "it's okay. It's over now." Winston walked in and cried happy tears when he saw Evelyn. "Evelyn," he gasped, running to her. He hugged her and told her, "I thought you died. I thought I'd never see you again." Evelyn told him, "I know. I'm so sorry." Winston stopped hugging her and Helen kissed Evelyn a long kiss. Evelyn told her, "I want to marry you today. I want today to be our wedding. I can't choose a better day." Helen smiled and had happy tears. "Let's do it," Helen said, kissing Evelyn passionately. Later that day, Evelyn was getting dressed in her tux. Helen had a long, elegant wedding gown. It was white and had light gray roses around the waist. She picked up the roses and walked out. Finally, it was time. Helen thought in her head it's finally the day. I'm finally marrying my Evelyn. I'll be known as Helen Deavor today and for the rest of my life. Winston walked over to Helen. Helen wrapped her arm around Winston's. When the music began playing, Helen began walking down the isle. Evelyn thought in her head this beautiful woman is going to be your wife. Who thought a hero could marry someone who used to be a villain. It's just true love. When the time came, the preacher asked Evelyn, "Evelyn Deavor, do you take Helen to be your wife?" Evelyn smiled, looking at Helen. "I do." The preacher looked at Helen, "and Helen, do you take Evelyn to be your wife?" Helen replied, "I do." The preacher called yo the church, "do we have any any objections?" Suddenly the door swung open. "William!," Evelyn yelped, hiding behind Helen. William said, "I object!" The church turned around and looked at him. Winston, Helen, and Evelyn looked at him in deep shock. He got down on his knees and sang, "Evelyn don't leave me alone. Evelyn please come home. Evelyn I love you. Evelyn if I didn't have you I'd be blue." Evelyn had tears in her eyes when he pulled out the locket they shared long ago. Helen looked at him and looked confused, "wait, who are you?" William looked at Evelyn, ignoring Helen and said, "please Evelyn." Evelyn shook her head and said, "I can't. I'm with my love." William had tears in his eyes and said, "okay." He began walking out. Right when he was gonna leave, he flew a powerful, deadly lightning bolt at Helen. "NO!," Evelyn screamed, pushing Helen away. Evelyn was struck, falling to the ground. William ran out, but the police captured him. "Helen, take my hand," Evelyn sasid, reaching out her hand. Helen fell to her knees beside Evelyn and took Evelyn's hand. Evelyn had tears in her eyes. Winston sat on his knees on Evelyn's other side, holding her other hand. Evelyn looked into Helen's eyes, crying. "I need you to be strong. I'm leaving you, but I'll be right by your side even if you can't see me. You have to promise me you'll be strong." Helen began crying, slowly. Evelyn looked at Winston and said, "I'll always love you big brother. Stay strong. Mother and father have always been proud of you, watching over you. I'll always be your little sister. I love you so much." Winston hugged her and said, "no. You're not leaving me." Evelyn kissed Helen, sharing a long, passionate kiss. "I love you my love. Don't forget me. I love you Win-," Evelyn was saying. She had her last breath and died in Helen's arms.
