What if Britanny never heard Alvin? (Bodysnatcher epsiode)

Chapter 1

This takes place after Britanny's audition.

Britanny: "Oops, I forgot my books." Then, she went back into the hall and overheard some gossip from two girls.

Girl 1: "She walks around like she owns the place."

Girl 2: " Oh totally! Also, she thinks she has the greatest voice in the history of voices but really                     she doesn't. It is so high and annoying. "

After hearing that, Britanny slowly backed away and tears started to form in her eyes. When she made it to the door, she ran back home, not caring about the consequences.

When she made it back home, she immediately called the principal and said she was unwell so she went back home early. Then, she went up to her vanity and looked at her reflection in the mirror.

Britanny: "Maybe if I change my look, people won't say mean things about me.

With that, she rummaged through her closet and picked an outfit that is not seeking too much attention but still match with each piece of clothing. (Its Britanny, of course she still wants her outfit to still match.)

Once she was done, she was wearing a black hoodie with a shiny star on the back with a pink cami underneath. She wore a new pink skirt with her black leggings that are knee length. Finally, she wore some pink ballet slippers with a bow on it. (I draw the picture and will post it in the next chapter so for now just imagine wit with your mind.)

Britanny: " Perfect! Now all I need is to get a new hairstyle."

With that, she pulled up her hood and ran to the hair salon in town. While she was running, she bumped into Alvin by accident while he was skateboarding.

Alvin: Oof! Hey! What's your problem? Are you blind?

Britanny: Ugh! Sorry.

Then, Britanny ran off leaving Alvin confused. (Alvin thoughts: " She looks familiar but I can't see her face from the hoodie. Anyway, I'm so angry that Ms. Smith gave me detention for leaving my phone on. I mean seriously does she have to take everything so seriously?")

When Britanny made it to the hair salon, she said, " I need a new hairstyle but still something stylish."

Hairstylist: " I see, so you want new and bold look, yes?"

Britanny: " No, I want something that won't draw too much attention but still somewhat stylish."

Hairstylist: " Okay. I have just the look for you so sit back, relax and let the master work his magic."

After an hour or so, the hairstylist said, "Oui'la.  Absolument magnifique."

Britanny looked at herself in the mirror and was shocked. Her ponytail was cut and her hair was short with some slightly glittery highlights. It was slightly curled inward.

Hairstylist: " And for the final touch, a little hairpiece especially for you."

It was a black headband with a pink bow. Then, Britanny said, Thank you! Its beautiful. How much?

Hairstylist: " No need. It is on the house, especially for my favorite customer.

Britanny: " Aww, Thanks. Well, gotta go. Bye!

Then, she ran back home with her hood on. When she got back, her sisters were already back from school.

Eleanor: " There you are. Where have you been? The principal told us you were unwell so you went back home early. I skipped today's soccer practice to take care of you. The next thing I knew, you were not home."

Jeanette: " Yeah. Where were you? We were so worried."

Britanny: " Don't worry, guys. I'm fine. I just had a slight headache from today's audition so I went back home. Then, I went to the nail salon to get my nails done to relax                                            myself."

Eleanor: " Okay. Next time please don't do this again. Also, why are you wearing a hood over your hair?"

Britanny: "Ehmm..... I had an accident with my hair so I'm really hideous right now. You know me, always wanting to look good. Heh heh!*awkward

Eleanor: " Fine. Since I have no reason to be here I'm gonna head back to soccer practice. See ya."

Britanny: " Bye.

Jeanette: " Yeah, I also got something to do too. See you back home. Bye."

Britanny: " Bye."

After they both left, Britanny released her breath and felt relieved. She said, "Finally, they left. It  would be humiliating if anybody found out about this."Then,  Britanny went to water her flowers and do some homework since there was nothing to do.
