Bri P.O.V.

"Call me when you land Bri I'm serious" August said.

"Okay I will, I just dont get why I have to go" I said annoyed.

"You want Chance crazy ass after you?" He semi-yelled. I looked at him and rolled my eyes. "Sorry for yelling but just call me when you land" He added.

"Alright" I said and pecking his lips. He started to add tongue but come on now nigga we in public.

"Enough for that lovey dovey shit give ya bro a hug" Deon said and I laughed.

"Sorry De" I said and hugged him.

"Flight 67 is now boarding" The woman on the speaker said.

"That's me y'all, I'll call yall when I land" I said and hurried to get on the plane.

6 hours later ..

I just landed in Cali and man it's beautiful out here. I called August though.

Phone Convo:

"Good you made it" August said happily.

"Yeah yeah yeah" I said annoyed.

"I know you like it out there Bri stop flexin now, but your cousin Tia is there now at the airport so look out for her" He said.

"Okay, I'll call you later" I said getting ready to hang up.

"Alright" He said.

I was in the airport getting my bags when I heard Tia on the phone being loud as usual. I turned around but she still aint see me.

"Well where is she? I dont see her Deon" Tia yelled through the phone. I quietly snuck behind her and tapped her shoulder.

"What the- Oh my god Briana" She yelled and jumped on me.

"Okay Tia damn you not that light" I said laughing.

"Sorry girl I'm just sooo excited your here" She said hugging me tight. Tia she's always been my favorite cousin besides Drama. I've always told her everything when we were little. I use to fly out here all the time. Chance aint never know I had family in California so I'm hoping I'm safe. Although I told Tia about Chance before they just never met.

"Soooo Deon aint tell me why you out here so what's up?" She asked worried as we walked out to the car.

"Well um you remember my e-ex Chance I told you about?" I asked.

"Uh yeah" She said

"Well he's u-um he's u-um kinda after me" I said nervously. My family is so over protective.

"What the hell? Oh hell no Bri you could stay as long as you need to out here! And I will be telling Keith about all this. You know how we are about you" She yelled.

"I know I know" I said calmly.

"Shit all his friends at the house anyway. Chance gon get his" She said. "But anyway you hungry?" She asked.

"Yeah a lil bit" I said.

"Well let's get some In and Out and get to the house" She said.

August P.O.V

"So what's the plan again?" Deon asked confused.

"We just gotta get Chance alone and beat him real good" I said honestly.

"But once he get better he gon come right after our asses. I aint acting pussy Aug but Chance is dead crazy" He said.

"Then you got more cousins or some shit?" I asked. "Wait I got some niggas in New Orleans too" I added getting excited.

"Hell yeah I do, let's get this shit started" He said.

Chance gon get his real good nigga messing with my girl and shit. I was in deep thought about all this when Bri called.

Phone Convo:

"Hey baby" She said happily.

"You happy, what's up" I said.

"Cali is beautiful babe and oh my god the food" She said excitingly.

"Fat ass" I said laughing.

"I am not, but my cousins had a fit once I told them why I'm here" She said sighing.

"They have every right to be upset babe, but this shit gon be handled real soon" I said.

"Well I wanna stay here for a while" She said.

"Fine with me, cause I dont know how long this shit gon take" I said rubbing my face. We talked for a while then she went out with her cousin for a lil bit.
